my company is skeltons property solutions I have my own business number ! I own company it's all in my name . I started a job in *** I have me plus 3 people on site I have receipts and when machine was deliver and taken off site by *** rental in ***. we were hired to do waterproofing job I have invoice on my invoice 2 go app and I still may have there texts on my phone we started work along the side of house get machine in we took a poorly retaining wall down that they asked us to remove with interlocking as it was all falling apart we were gonna relay it once ground settles again. We dug up 13 ft to back corner house hit tons water I was able to dig a pit to contain the water. I was able to apply blue skin to the wall and put weeper and gravel in I also repair the block wall with concrete where the house and garage met was massive separate joint as it's how when they built the house . we started digging by hand 20 ft by 5 feet down we got so far we hit so much water kept coming in they have inground pool that was 6 ft away they were repair water main also around that hole neighbour hood we couldn't contain water it was coming in so fast it started to collapse at bottom of the hole we had to get out of the hole . I had *** contracting come in and give second opinion he was on site for 45 mins talking with customer . we had him look at interior drain as there was no water coming in so hole back of hose weeper wasn't working and drain from outside to the in was plug. we stopped and told customers that there only 2 ways to do this smash up floor install a interior system and sump pump pit or we continue out side but we will have shore it rent pumps and dig pit takewater to and water proof inspections . if we don't find inlet to the main drain inside we will have keep going as putting new weeper in and it just stopping it will hold water as water around footing needs go somewhere it goes into a inlet to drain that runs to the sewer out side . they needed time to think they called me that night to tell us they didn't want us in there home working cause covid so to go out side continue out side as I told them it be a new price they had to think about new price over night I got a call that night they had time to talk and they asked me email them revised quote witch I did they went over it and agreed to it as it was sent threw our program witch we have on file we showed up the next day *** and *** and my self . I went to *** and bought more cement and wood for shoring we got to site home owner brings me into basement the husband show me they had more water as it rain that night it was coming threw footing. he had called plumber but plumber couldn't come for 2 days to camera the drain to see where out side weeper went into the inlet . I went back out side to start back wall again I had run back up *** to get more lumber as I could only get so much in the van being a safe load. I got call from *** and she said did my husband talk to you I said yes showed me more water came in from the back. she said did he not tell you that we can't afford to do the further work extra shoring and such as basement was a mess so much wall damage we repiar and had some wall shored and 18 ft by 4 ft dug . they were trying get me to go back on old revised invoice as they didn't have funds to do hole project I offer them $*** financing they turn it down there were gonna go threw home ***insurance or try to any ways as they just bought the home. so after all work we did and materials we bought they try pull a fast one I called few people I ccalled *** contracting they all told me walk away I was over $ *** dollar deposit. I asked for another $*** as I need it keep job a float machine rental was $*** or so I have it paid on banking and reicpts .we charge by the foot for waterproofing I was already there for 4 days battling a mess . I was told to walk away after her husband was *** and made me uncomfortable to continue work as they were trying to go back off old invoice we revised invoice my secretary did once they gave usthe go a head to do the work at the new price as the invoice state's it all . we will send pictures and invoice that they agreed on after we found way more issues once we started digging and we had to stop bring them both out to show them and I even called *** from *** contracting to give advice they were happy I brought someone else in to see what was going on . I never threaten any one I grab all our tools lumber we bought all materials left gravel in driveway and left . we don't revise invoices as long as they agree !
