Review: I purchased a fire pit at full price on May 23, 2014 and was told I would receive the product in 4-6 weeks. I have made over 10 contacts to the manager of the store since the end of June and have been given many excuses for why I still don't have the product. I tried to reach the owner of the store 3 times, but he will not call me back. I have been told that the item has shipped, that the manufacturer changed suppliers, etc... I contacted the manufacturer to learn where my product is and was told that the order is still sitting there and they won't ship until there is payment. I have contacted American Express to take the payment back, as this cost over $2300.I told this company that I would be filing a complaint and asked them to make this right, but they have refused to contact me and resolve this issue. I fear others are going to make this same mistake and loose their moneyDesired Settlement: I would like there to be some type of mark against this company to protect other consumers.
