Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
For purposes of clarification, the refunds of the overdraft fees were not processed - or even initiated - until today, August 24.  So the company's statement that it had "already processed all the refunds and over draft fee" is misleading. Those overdraft fee refunds (which comprised more than half the total amount due to me) only came today.
I accept the company's actions in my personal regard - with the promise that they have truly gotten rid of all my personal information - but duly warn that I have read SCORES of similar complaints against them, and hope that the company and the Revdex.com will do what is necessary to ensure that others who are less attentive/aggressive do not find themselves in this same situation.Sincerely, [redacted]
