The job was to trim back a tree we hadn't touched in the five years since we bought the house, so it was much in need of attentionIt now looks great! The team completed the work in about two hours, which seems quick for such a large treeThey thinned the canopy, cleared it back from our house and the neighbor's house, too, and did such a good job with the cleanup, you'd never know they'd been there (except for a much better looking tree!)

I had a year old Sisoo that needed removal from my front yardHaving two removed from our back yard almost two years prior, I knew how difficult they were to remove correctlySissoo's are very evasive and if you try to remove them by the traditional cut the tree down and grind the stump method, the root system will continue to sprout and grow (up to feet away) for as long as the root system is viableIn the case of our two back yard trees it took over months to finally kill the rest of the roots after a traditional removalFrom my experience, other tree removal companies only know traditional removal methods
Integrity's tree removal method for Sissoos and their white paper regarding it, convinced me to try themFrom my initial phone call and visit from the estimator (whose name escapes me unfortunately), to the tree removal crew of Sergio, Marcos, Chris, David Cand Will, to the stump treater Eric and finally, the stump grinding crew of Eric and Victor, the process was very well organizedCrews and personnel were professional and sharp/prompt on their arrival timesWork was done quickly and they cleaned up after each step
Aside from the initial estimate visit which took a few days to happen, the process took an additional three separate visits over the course of weeks, to complete the removal processThose three appointment dates were all set at once via a phone call a few days after the initial estimate visitOne day prior to each appointment, I was contacted by phone for a courtesy reminder and to be given a time frame for when to expect the crewAll of their crews arrived at the beginning or near the beginning of the time frame I was given
After 1/months of the stump grinding appoint (last appointment), I have no suckers popping up from anywhere in the front of my houseI recently redid the drip line irrigation which was severely compromised and leaking from the Sissoo's root system and I found several roots but, they were all dead or dying and showed no signs of growing suckers
