Skies The Limit Tree Service

Paid the guy on Friday, December 15, 2017 to perform some tree services. He never trimmed the branches that hung over the power lines. He texted me on 12/21/17 that he would come back out to finish the job, but never did. I followed up with him again on March 24, 2018, and he texted back saying he'll come out tomorrow, but never did again. Followed up with him again on June 8, and he texted back saying he hasn't been able to get out there. Texted him again for an update on 6/23/18, 6/26/18, and 6/27/18 and never heard back from him again. Called him on 7/3/18 and I get his voicemail. I want my $200 back since he never completed the job and now avoiding my text and calls.
