In reference to the complaint about literature coming from SkillPath Seminars, (submitted by *** ***).
Mr*** entered himself into our No-Mail data base at *** *** *** *** ** ***; when he registered for one of our
classes in 2012. The address: *** *** *** *** ** *** is in our list as what we call a “No Mail”He is in our system from his web enrollment in and has not been in our database for anything other than a web enrollmentSkillPath honored his No-Mail request at that time he submitted it and he was never put on a list to receive mailings. Mr*** is not in the SkillPath system for mailing to the address on ***Therefore, we are not certain why he is receiving mail from usWe don’t want to spend our time or resources mailing materials to someone who does not want them and that is true with Mr*** case
SkillPath does not have a record of any calls from Mr*** requesting removal from our mailing listIf he had contacted us we would have told him that he should not receive any mailing materials from us because he has never been entered into our mailing system We’ve taken steps in good faith to confirm that Mr*** is not on our lists to receive mail
This is a situation we take seriously and want to resolve. Our system for managing list is very effectiveWe are certain that this address has not been on our mailing lists; we've checked and double checked and we know that the above mentioned name and address is not active in our system
By way of explanation we wonder if Mr*** may have another address, business or perhaps even another name that is receiving mail from SkillPath? If so, please provide us with additional address(s) and or name(s) and we’ll check and have any other addresses and name removed where applicable. If Mr*** will send us the labels from the literature he is receiving we will check to see if we can help with the investigationWe will gladly reimburse Mr*** for the postage to send us any labels
