I've free classes and after that I have cancelled my subscription yet even though I was charged for annual membership 96 Euro.

Can you please contact me in any way and if there is a need I will fill in any company letter so I can receive a refund?

Review: I signed up for a trial membership and cancelled the membership within 3 days. Except, the cancellation process is 3-4 steps and unless you scroll down, you think you've finished when in reality you haven't gotten to the end. As a result, I was charged for another month of membership because my cancellation didn't go through.Desired Settlement: refund of $9.95

Review: They tried to debit my bank account EVEN THOUGH I CANCELLED, AND WHATS MORE I HAVEN’T EVEN REACHED THE END OF THE 14 DAY TRIAL!

There is no way to contact this business other than email and they do no respond to emails in a timely fashion.

There is no confirmation that you have closed your account, clearly this is meant to bill you and claim that you never did, in fact, cancel your account.Desired Settlement: I want some sort of confirmation that this company has cancelled me and will not try to bill me in the future. I need a phone call from this company and some sort of documentation in writing that our relationship has been permanently dissolved.
