eSports platform, we do not make the game itself, and so we can only offer refunds when it crashes. We understand that crashes are frustrating. When we see crashes in the game, we reach out to the developers, providing them with the necessary information to help them address issues in their games whenever possible. However, because of this, we are not able to give any timelines as to when the developers will have updates ready for their games.
