Review: Purchased laser hair removal package for daughter. Was told all hair would be permanently gone after treatments. Hair grew back.

Purchased laser hair removal package for my daughter. Was told during an open house that they had state of the art lasers and that all of the body hair (face, arms, hands, fingers, back, and bikini area) would be permanently removed upon completion of treatments that occurred over the course of a few months. After my daughter completed her last treatment, all of her hair grew back. She returned for another treatment and only then was told that the laser hair removal process doesn't work for every one. Was not told this upon purchase of laser hair removal package. All we were told was how wonderful the lasers were. Sent email and letter requesting refund. No response.Desired Settlement: I'm seeking a full refund of the money spent for an expensive treatment that did not deliver the results it said it would.
