Haven't even finished the free trial and already have been billed almost $400 for the order. Can't even 'find' anyone to talk to (no phone reply) to cancel and try to get a refund to my credit card of which they had no right to charge.
Learned my lesson...no more so-called 'free' trials. Now have to go through the process of geting a new credit card!!!!!!!
We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter, as customer satisfaction is our top priority. (Joan) placed an online order for a trial period of our Final Skincare. All customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offer. No order can be submitted or successful unless the customer checks this box and selects to submit the order.We did not receive any such cancellation request for these trials within the trial period; and consequently (Joan) was charged for the product received . As of 10/02/2018 we issued a refund for Joan for the amounts of $141.90 USD and $148.40 USD and cancelled out any reoccurring charges. Joan can contact us if she has any additional inquiries at XXX-XXX-XXXX
