A scam! This product is advertised as belonging to Kelly R. She has stated there is no affiliation. After ordering a sample for $6, I was charged a $90 fee. This was not visible highlighted, however belonging to Kelly R. was. After threatening to report them to the Revdex.com, I was told I'll receive a refund. We will see.

I tried to cancel my subscription multiple times: via email, calling, and through their website, and I am still being charged $85.20 to AVANEYE.NET
I am also being charged $87.20 to AVANWRINKLE.NET every month in addition to the $85.20 that I am being charged. They completely ignored my email stating that I would be willing to send back my unopened boxes for a full refund. This is fraud! I am contacting my bank to have this resolved to hopefully block any further charges.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund to my bank account for the year's worth of boxes that were shipped to me.

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 4 days of shipping you will be charged for the Derma Wrinkle Cream and Eye Serum, if you do not call to cancel and return the product.

Your trial started when you ordered the products on 03/08/2018 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $5.79 and $4.78. Your trial ended on 03/25/2018 01, in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.

We didn't receive any email from you requesting to cancel your account. You only called to cancel your account on 09/04/2019 and we have refunded you back $60.00 for each of products.

We do not normally do this but as a ONE time courtesy, we will be issuing you an additional refund of 25.20 and 27.50.

Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further charges.

Like others who have posted comments here, I was sucked in by an endorsement from a well known personality on a news network that I watch daily. My understanding was that a 14 day trial would be shipped for the cost of shipping only. Nowhere did I read anything about being put on a monthly autoshipment plan once I ordered the 14 day trial. Exactly 6 days after I received the product, my debit card was charged $87.50. I called customer service and told them I had not even had the product a week and I was already being charged for a future shipment. I had not opened the box yet, so I requested an RMA number, as was stated as a requirement to return the product for a refund on their web site. When I asked the customer service rep for an RMA number, she had no idea what I was talking about. I had to explain to her what an RMA number is and she still didn't know anything about an RMA. I told her I wanted a refund asap and that I fully intended to send the product back unopened. Long story short, I never received an RMA number or a refund. All that happened was I was taken off of autoship so my card would not be charged again. I highly recommend that anyone who makes online purchases to have alerts set up from your credit card or bank account to notify you every time a charge has been authorized on your account so that things like this don't go on for months.

I just realized that my bank account was being charged every month by Gilmark who I was told is a parent company of Skin Allure Makeup WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I called Skin Allure and the gentleman on the phone was a rude young man who kept telling me I had to listen to understand what he was saying. I told him I received one order and immediately cancelled and I had a confirmation for the cancellation. I NEVER consented to this company just charging my account and I wanted a refund and nothing else to do with this company. I also told him he needs to listen that his arrogant attitude is the reason this company has so many bad reviews and I am not the only one that they have charged for products not received or ordered. I politely informed him that if the money they took without my permission isnt put back into my account I would take legal action.

This is a complaint.

On Feb 13,2019, I read about the benefits of ElyraDermaCream Skin Care. Order number XXXXXXX. The internet info said Megan Markle owned the company and had several movie star pictures claiming they used the product. The printed paper for my order said shipping and handling was $5.79. There is nothing else saying anything about being charged any money.

I have been charged $87.50 on 3/3/2019. I did not authorize or approve the charge.

The address on the box is Skin Allure Brands 3201W. Hillsborough Ave-153201-3300 Tampa FL.33684-9998. There was a container of ELYRADERMA Anti-Aging Cream in the box with no paperwork.

This is fraud. I would appreciate your help. I am retired Navy and I am 72 years old. This company is putting out false information on the internet. Please help. I can be reached at XXX-XXX-XXXX.

Purchased two items for $4.95from a Trial period w/o the knowledge that if we didn't return product within 14 days we would be charge 88.95 and 88.98.
We contacted the company once we saw two charges on our bank statement. when contacted them they told us that we agreed to the subscription because we did not contact them within the 14 day trial period. We told them we did not agree to it in the first place. They would not allow me to speak with a supervisor and I couldn't return the products for a full refund. I asked several times for a super visor and to no avail. They kept saying we agreed to the products. They did finally cancel my account.

I called again on 9/27/2018 to request address to return the products again. They said that we coudln't refund the products for a refund because of the conditions of the trial period.

I am requesting a full refund for both products, the Alluraluxe hydrating face cream and the mousturizing eye serum.

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that you will receive a 30 day supply of the product and you can test it out for 14 days for the cost of shipping and handling fee only. Before fully making your purchase you were asked if you agreed to the terms and conditions. Everything is stated on the terms and conditions.Your trial started on 07/11/18 in which you received a 30-day supply of the products, the trial ended on 07/29/18 without any cancellation hence the regular charges. On 07/29/18, you were officially enrolled to our monthly subscription, hence a month after, on 08/28/18 you were charged for another shipment.

But to meet you half way in resolving this case, the representative who assisted you on (09/08/18) the day called processed a refund of $65.00 off of each charge. And to return the full amount you were charged on 08/28/18 back to your account, we have processed a refund as of today 10/03/18 for the remainder $20.20 (eye serum) and $20.50 (wrinkle cream). You should see the refund in your account within 3-5 business days.

I looked at my bank account this week several times and we have NOT received any refunds of any amounts from this company. I do not accept this response from the business.

They did cancel the account when we asked back in early September, but no refunds at this time. They said that per the Free trial we agreed and wouldn't get a refund. So, no, I do not accept this response.

Our system shows the refund were successfully processed on 09/08/18 for $65.00 off of each charge and the remainder on 10/03/18 $20.20 and $22.50. We would require you to call us with your bank on the line so we can get a confirmation that the refunds were not received. We have to make sure to avoid processing double refunds.

Signed for a free trial of AlluraLuxe face cream products, but they charged me for more money that I did not signed for.
On June 7th Mi mom ***) signed for a free trial AllureLuxe products (moisturizing eye serum and hydrating face cream) that the advertising said that costs 4.95$ and 5.95$ and that's it. She payed with my card. She didn't subscribe to pay anything else. But they still charged to my card the next payments:

July 9: 79.97$ and 69.94$
July 20: 89.95$
July 21: 88.05$
August 2: 75$
August 8: 74.92$
August 21: 89.95$ and 88.05$
Total: 655.83$

We never accept or authorized these payments and when we signed up for the trial, nothing was said about any type of monthly subscription or future payments. It only referred to payments of $ 4.95 and $ 5.95.

Besides, this amount of money is ridiculous for the products received and we have not received any other product of the company.

Their advertising is just a scam and a way to charge money without your knowing it.

I really want the money back from the payments that I did not authorize them to make. I only authorize and sign for the payments of 4.95$ and 5.95$ for the 2 products that I received.

I want and I deserve the total refund of the payments that I did not authorize them to make (655.83$)

Ordered a sample product and they subscribed to a monthly supply of face cream.
Ordered sample of face cream. It came in an unmarked box with NO order form, etc. When I saw a charge other than the sample fee on my credit card I called them and they said I signed up for a reoccurring charge of $87.50 for a monthly supply of their face cream. This is completely absurd! I never signed up for anything and there was absolutely no paperwork with the sample or any contact information for the company to ask questions, etc.

Desired Outcome

They would not issue a refund. All they would do is stop the charge from reoccurring. I told them I was calling my credit card company and the Revdex.com and the representative never offered to give me a refund.

Sends products without permission. Very difficult to get it canceled. Had to cancel my card to get it canceled.

Additional unrecognized billings on credit card
I signed up online for the free trial of AlluraDerm and the Eye Serum and paid for the shipping related to these products. I then began receiving additional billings on my credit card for those and Makeup-Aid at $9.95/mo., which I assumed was another company of Skin Allure. I contacted Skin Allure via email that I had not signed up for any additional recurring subscriptions, and to immediately cancel all subscriptions they had on file for me. The charges from Makeup-Aid started after Skin Allure had cancelled theirs. I also contacted my credit card company who has been reversing these charges as they are fraudulent. I am still being charged through Makeup-Aid.

Desired Outcome

Remove the subscription status and credit card information from their system immediately and notify me via email that they have done so and no further credit card charges will be sent through on my card.

No calls were recorded on our system from the customer regarding cancellation of the account. This customer has already spoken to and has filed a dispute/chargeback with his/her bank. Once we, SkinAllure brands receives a Dispute we are no longer available to process a refund to the customer since our account is frozen with the corresponding customer. The bank is the only one who can call and allow us access to approve a refund or not.

I signed up for free trial of eye and facial lotion last September (2017), and paid shipping and handling, but never wanted anything more. Company keeps sending more product every month and attempts to charge over $190.00 every month. We have had our Visa credit card block these charges and have sent product back to the company's mailing address, but they continue to send more product. We have not been able to reach company directly (no working phone number) or online to cancel. We also sent company a letter asking that they no longer send product and threatened to report them to the Revdex.com. Our credit card company did say they resolved it and are not paying the charges, but it is so annoying to continue to receive product I did not order. And we do not want to keep returning product as the post office charged us to send previous product back. I would really appreciate it if you can get Allure to stop sending product and attempting to charge us for that product. Sincerely

I too signed up for a trial sample of alluraderm, partly because they used *** name. I thought it was her product. I did not expect to receive this product again. I wouldn't have ordered it, but was charged a lot of money that I can't afford. As for as the product, I think a drug store product is much better. It seems to be mostly water or too liquidy to do much good.

Upon submitting a free trial request I identified an unknown charge to my account for 87.50. I have gotten 3 unauthorized packages & 3 charges of 87.5
As noted above I submitted a free trial request, I assumed it was from this request that I found an unidentified charge of 87.5 on my account. I had already discarded the package so just assumed I would take that as a lesson learned. In the meantime I have received two more packages with the exact unidentified charge of 87.50. This is when I searched your site and found the details regarding unauthorized submission to a subscription. I plan to contact the company first thing in the morning, I'll up date my results to this submission following that encounter.

This company provided false advertisement and fake celebrity endorsements for its products. I signed up for samples as offered online and paid for postage. A month later, $87 was charged on my credit card for the product shipped and $2 of client assistance (what assistance??). I called the company. The customer service rep's name is Zeus ( Can this be a real name?). After being on hold for over 40 mins, they finally agreed to refund the full amount. Never again! Do not be fooled. Revdex.com please shut down this business.

I sign for a free trial of a product and later they start to charge an unauthorized charges to my credit card.
On September 2017 I signed for a free trial to received a free test of AlluraDerm Anti Wrinkie Soluttion. After the first test they continue sending the product and charge to my credit card. I was not informed by them about these charges. Since September 2017 until 12/30/17, I have this product three time and they have made three charges to my Master credit card.
