they took $6.85 and $89.95 out of my credit card (cap 1). I have never even heard of them .
8/1/20 $89.95 from my cap 1 card. I have no clue about this until I went to use my card for my new glasses and found there wasn't enough on my card. I have tried to call them...(phone is invalid) and they do not respond to e-mails. cap 1 has tried several times to reach out to them to no avail. 7/31/20 $6.85. I don't know how they got my card number and now that card has been destroyed. please help this was some sort of skin cream.

Desired Outcome

I simply want the money refunded to my card. cap 1 said this could take 90 days because they are waiting for a response from Myapexaqua.com. this isn't going to happen if all sources of communication are null and void.

We may be able to refund once the dispute has been confirmed withdrawn by your bank. It can still take 60 days for the dispute to be closed and the funds returned.

Only when this happens can we process a refund. Since the dispute itself has already refunded you, we suggest you to await your bank's advise instead of going through the lengthy process of withdrawal and dispute finalization.

Hello ***,

If you can call us back with your bank , we can gladly offer you a refund. The reason we cannot process a refund at this moment without your bank is because you have already requested one with them. Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. If we also refund you the amount, you will receive TWICE the amount and in the end you have the possibility of OVERDRAWING your account or getting TWICE the amount removed from your account.

the company in question says they returned the money. I checked with cap. 1 and they did but Cap. 1 refuses to release it back to me stating they need to investigate further. makes no sense to me as the problem was resolved . I'm now dealing with Cap. 1 and there will be actions taken soon if they continue. I thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I was charged on my debit card by this company when Ihave had no contact with them at all. How they got my debit/credit card # I have no idea!
This company charged my Visa card(XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) Connex bank since cancelled, two charges 89.95 and 71.48. I never heard of this company much less did business with them. I don't know how they got my card number, except it must have been by fraudulent means!!

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. We have an abundance of customers who understand the terms of our trial upon enrolling and see great benefits from using our products. We do not offer sample sizes or free gifts, we send you a full 30 day supply and allow you to try our products free for 14 days at only the cost of shipping and handling. If you do not cancel within trial, upon expiration you are billed the retail price of the products as well as enrolled in an automated shipping program that is designed to save you from the inconvenience of having to manually place the order every 30 days. The terms are listed on our website, and it has to be agreed to by checking off the terms box to be able to place an order. Unfortunately in some cases our customers do not read over the terms prior to agreeing to them. We do list our phone number and email address in our emails, product labels, and packing slips for customers to be able to contact us if they are not sure of the terms or have any questions about the products.

Your trial started when you placed the order on 06/22/2020 and ended on 07/09/2020 in which we didn't receive any call from you thus your account has remained active.

We have cancelled your account today 08/04/2020 and as a ONE TIME courtesy, we have refunded you back $179.74 today without the need to return any of our products.

Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further charges.

We had 2 charges for 89.00 show up on our credit card from this company. We had not placed any orders with them so do not know how they got our credit card info. We filed a protest with our credit card company and they reversed the charges.

I sent an e-mail to the company asking them who the order had been sent to and never received a reply.

As courtesy we went ahead and process refund of $89.79 and $89.95, please allow between 7-10 business days for this request to fully process. The original comment from the company that the account was cancelled was false. The company attempted to bill again on June 16. Since we changed credit cards, the billing was denied. I called the company on 6/19 after the last comment was received and after several exchanges with the service rep, she told me the account would be cancelled. I requested several times to speak with a supervisor but the rep ignored my request and kept trying to tell me that the account was valid and we had ordered everything.

Don't know who is responding to my comments but they need to do fact checking. If the account was cancelled 5/29 why were charges attempted to be processed on 6/16. My credit card company blocked these charges on 6/18 and reversed them. The company did nothing but attempt to charge me again on a "closed" account

my complaint is how these people can just go into my account twice a matter fact, I just found out, and just take money out of my account with out verbally talking to me at all. I agree for them to take 5.96 cents from my account, not 93.80 cents twice from my account. now if I would have talk to some one I would have told them NO I don't want to pay 93.80 cents for that product. now if they call I was probably out of town or working. still I don't think you should go into some ones account with out verbally speaking to them to get there ok. it's like they just walk up to me and put there hands in my pockets and just take my money and walk away and I have nothing to say about it that's how I feel.

Other (requires explanation) they took this money with out my verbal permission. furthermore my dealing was with liva derma on the website not my apex aqua so that means they have 2 website names I didn't know that until now. now if they would have call I would have known that they have 2 different names on the website for the same product I would have still told them NO because something is not right when you have 2 name for the same product on the website.

I responded to a product advertisement on Facebook for Liva Derma. It was a free sample with pay for shipping. I never received an email confirming my order. I since discovered I had several charges on my bank:

Billing Adjustment I have disputed these charges with my bank and am pending their approval. M&T Bank NY.
