I accept the refund, but what I do not accept is  the company's lack of communication. They didn't even have the item in stock but chose not to inform me. Receiving the item and asking for shipping info are not the same. This is an attempt to deflect bad business.

Review: I ordered products from their website on 3/16/2014 and paid for 5-7 day shipping. It has been 9 business days and I have not received my order. I have made 3 inquiries through their website asking where my order is and why I have not received it and have gotten no response.Desired Settlement: I would like my order sent to me right away with an explanation as to why I did not receive it within the 5-7 days. Also I would like what I paid for shipping to be refunded since I did not receive my order within 5-7 days.

Review: This company does not deliver ordered products or respond to enquiries or complaints. They cash payment immediately, but never send an order number or the product already paid for.Desired Settlement: I want the product I paid for, or my money refunded.

Review: While I stated that my complaint is a refund issue, the complaint also includes a customer service issue as well as a delivery issue. This company advertised free shipping on all products. However, I chose to pay a priority rate in order to have my order SHIPPED in 1-3 days. I ordered the product on April 1st. When I noticed after the 2nd day my order had not shipped, I was told it would ship on either April 4th or April 7th and I MAY receive it by April 9th. The company took my money as if they were going to ship priority but was planning to use standard shipping. To make matters worse, the company had already charged my credit card for the puchase. I asked them to process the refund that day and they refused and was not truthful stating they could not process the refund.Desired Settlement: Immediate refundI would also like this company investigated for false advertising and other deceitful activity.

Review: Skin Care by Alana offered an online free gift with purchase here. [redacted]. However, I failed to receive the free gift because they say that I did not enter the proper code. The free gift appeared in my online shopping cart, so I know that I did. Despite three email communications asking that they honor their offer, they refused.Desired Settlement: I purchased an additional $64 worth of product to receive the free offer. I would like a refund on this purchase or the free offer, as they advertised.
