Review: In mid-October I responded to a Free-Trial offer for a skin product. Nothing in the offer required me to open an account or agree to on-going purchases. The only requirement in the promotion was that I agree to pay $10.92 for shipping and handling. I received the free trial. About three weeks later I received another trial size sample. I thought it had been sent by mistake. It was the same trial size. A few days ago, yet another trial size came. I thought, 'this company must have a lot of mini-sized trial offers to get rid of', and I gave this one to my daughter-in-law. Today, I was balancing one of our accounts for November and December. I came to four debit charges that were not recognized. When I Googled the name I realized it was the same company from whom I had ordered the free trial. Two charges were for $89.97 and the others were for $85.97. One company number was from California, the other was from Nevada. However, it seems to be the same company. I called the California number. I spoke with [redacted] (Employee #[redacted]). I explained the problem and asked for a full refund. He said I had not cancelled my account. I told him I never had an account. All I did was order a free trial. He said that obligated me to buy the same trial size product at $175 or more/month and I could read it on the website. I told him I was unaware of any website and I was not told, when ordering the free trial that I needed to accept these terms of 'free trial' when it was offered. We argued about this a bit more, until I told him his company was engaging in deceptive trade practices and I would inform our state's attorney general. He then agreed to refund 100% of unauthorized charges to my credit card. I made him repeat the promise of a 100% refund. That was a lie. The company sent emails saying they would only refund January at 50% (until that moment I was unaware they had also charged for January!) A return call resulted in no gain. This is fraud.Desired Settlement: This company owes me $538.76 for product I did not order and do not want.

Review: Says try this, before you know it,you get 4 separate bank withdrawls, totalling $170.00,was told by their customer service, they would give me 15% back. I asked them how many others fell for this TOTAL SCAM. Hoping to shut it down,to save someone else.Theives.Desired Settlement: I would just like my,170.00 back,in return I will gladly send the eye serum, and face cream back, I just wanted the free trial, not my bank acct. Cleaned out.

Review: I ordered a trial sample Vitier Skin Cream and Vitier Eye Serum on 1/26/15. The products were shipped and I received the samples on 1/28/15. I had to pay Shipping only of $4.95 and $5.97. They were mailed in 2 separate packages. I tried the product and couldn't see any results. My account was debited in the amounts of $85.97 and $89.97 on 2/19/15. I DID NOT authorize these charges. I immediately contacted the Customer Service number that came with the products (which is 2 different numbers) and cancelled any further shipments. I was given 2 Confirmation numbers for these cancellations. My account has not been credited as of this date (3/6/15). When I tried calling the Customer Service number I get a recording that states, " Your account has been cancelled - Good Bye". I finally was able to call them from a DIFFERENT PHONE and actually SPOKE to a LIVE person today and explained my situation and that I wanted my account credited for these charges. I was told that I had to ship back the remaining product back to them in order to receive FULL credit for these 2 items that I received.

I feel that I was deceived by the AD for these products. There was nothing to indicate that any further charges other than the shipping charges were to be billed to me at this time. Therefore, I feel I was scammed by this company to purchase their product. I am returning the UNUSED products to the address that I was given by the customer service rep (Nilan) that I spoke with today 3/6/15.Desired Settlement: I WANT A FULL REFUND OF THE MONIES THAT WERE CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION THRU THEIR DECEPTIVE/MISLEADING ADVERTISING.

$85.97 - VITIER FACE CREAM (S&H) $4.97

$89.97 - VITIER EYE SERIUM (S&H) $5.97

Review: I tried a product from this company. The terms of the agreement said if I didn't like the free samples to cancel and there would be no cost to me. I canceled and was charged $89.97 for one product and $85.97 for the other. When I called to question it, they said I had to pay for the "free" samples. I read to him the terms of agreement and he said the best he could do was to offer me a 15% refund. Then when I continued to complain, he offered a 35% refund. when I received a notice of refund, it was 35% from one product. I called and complained again and they said there was nothing they could do. They also refused to tell me where there call center was located, it was clearly overseas but they said they were not allowed to say where they were. I want my total refund of both products, $175.94 This company is obviously a scam. the agreement says 15 days to cancel, I used 13 daysDesired Settlement: I want my money refunded, I cancelled and should not have been charged according to the terms and conditions of the free samples.

Review: Order # 3[redacted]

Email address they have on file (personal): [redacted][email protected]

This company charged my credit card $89.97 before the 14 day trial was complete. I never authorized this charge. I have asked repeatedly that they credit my card and informed them that I do not want their product now or ever in the future. I contacted them 8/13, 8/14, 8/18, & 8/24. Their initial response was that I had not cancelled within the 14 days which is untrue as they charged my card before the 14 days was up. They will not respond to me at all now. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company but I have not heard anything yet.Desired Settlement: All I want is the $89.97 credited back to my card and a guarantee of no further charges on the card. I do not want to do any type of business with this company again.

I hope you are able to help me with this. This company needs to be stopped!

Review: "

"Free" sample advertised for shipping and handling costs only. No statement on product that automatic charges would apply at end of trial period. My visa was charged for eye cream and skin cream without my approval. I called the phone number given for Visa charges on the cream and cancelled thinking I was cancelling all product as no number listed on the serum.(Representative eventually told me that I had only cancelled the cream but not the serum.) Charges incurred on 3/11. I thought a reversal of charges would occur but never did. On 4/1, I called the company and spoke with a representative explaining that I was unhappy with charges. She spoke in broken English and was difficult to understand. I told her that the system burned my skin and I was very unhappy with automatic charges. She first offered me a 15% refund, then 35%, then 50% refund. I finally agreed to the 50% refund. This whole process of non-disclosure and subsequent charges without explanation on a product that was unsatisfactory is why I am complaining. For a so called Free sample (for shipping charges only) ended up costing me over $90 even with the 50% discount. This is NOT good business practice. This company preys off the public trust.Desired Settlement: I accept the outcome but would prefer full refund!!

Review: I ordered their free trial on skin cream and eye serum on 3/3/15. I was charged $5.95, and 4.95 for shipping. I never opened or used the products because I wanted to finish the products I was currently using. On 3/18/15 I was charged$ 89.97, and $85.97 for an 2 additional orders. I called the number on the web site to cancel the order. I spoke with [redacted], and explained I did not want the additional products. I further explained I was returning the trial order unopened. [redacted] was very rude, and stated "You have to cancel before 14 days". I continued to try to negotiate with him, but he only offered 15% back. On 3/20/15 I received $13.50 for a credit adjustment from Vitier Skin Care - 15% of $89.50.

[redacted] then switched me to Lorena because he "doesn't do the eye serum". Lorena started with the same 15% back offer. I told her this is unacceptable, and after more negotiation she agreed to refund me 100% of the $85.97. She said in order to recieve the refund I had to return the new products being delivered by 4/15/15.

Today is 4/14/15, and even though I've been charged for the products I have not received them - to return and get my refund.

This is a scam! The web site advertizes "money back guarantee if not satisfied - no questions asked"Desired Settlement: I want a total refund of both products

Review: Vitier ad free sample just pay shipping and handling never mention trial bases well I was checking out my bank statement I noticed 2 charges for 89.97 each I tried to contact the company to reverse charges all they did was cancel the order I did receive two different bottles of make up so I went to there terms and policies it did state 14 day trial basis but I sent for my free sample Feb 6 2015 I did not receive it till Feb 10 2015 they billed me on Feb 20 2015 that's only 10 days and I canceled Feb 21 2015 as soon as I found out they had taken my money from my account so went on to read more on there terms and it states that I have 30 days to return the product but I needed to get a RMA number from custermer service I tried to get a number they refused to give me one stating your loss and hung up on me I just want my money back I am willing to return there product this company does not even go by there own terms please help thank youDesired Settlement: Cost of the product total is 175.94 cents 89.97 for one and 85.97 for the other

Review: I ordered the free trial offer and was then billed $175.94 for the products. I just received a 2nd shipment that I have refused and returned. They have billed this 2nd shipment for $91.94 and $94.94.Desired Settlement: I want the $175.94 and $186.88 refunded.

Review: Ordered beauty products at $4.97 S+H cost for the 1st item and additional S&H cost for the second item with the Terms and Conditions" stating: "you can cancel within 14 days from today (date of order 3-8-15) to avoid the purchase price of up to $89.97 and enrollment in the auto-shipment program." Today. March 14, 2015, I called to cancel and they said it would be $39.71 cost. I said NO, it was suppose to be as quoted above per their on-line offer. I asked to speak to a supervisor - first I was told one would have to call me back; then I said I would report to Revdex.com, then the operator Lee (a woman) came back and said if I would return product at my cost, then they would not charge me the $39.71 - never mentioned before except in the telephone conversation to cancel. Told them I would return product, got RMA number and told them I was reporting them as they did not live up to their on-line and printed "Terms and Conditions". The Terms and Conditions can be found at http://try.vitierbeauty.com/v1/terms.html. Note: I was sent the material by the P. O. Box No 25380 rather than the Street Address in Santa Ana, CA.Desired Settlement: (1) Their policy should be changed as they do not agree with their Terms and Conditions, or their Terms and Conditions should be changed to tell about the $39.71 to be charged if you cancel your order.

(2) I should be refunded at least what they were going to charge me plus my 3 S& H charges of approximately $5 each or a total of $39.71 + $15.00, or $54.71 (The 3 S & H charges are on the purchase of 2 products + an additional charge to return, and (c) for the inconvenience of my time and having to put up with untrue advertising.

(3) Receive a letter of apology.

Review: On March 13, I purchased the products from an online ad; the ad stated a 30 day supply of the products were FREE except for paying shipping (2 items, 1 for $5.97 & 1 for $4.97). I received them and began using them. Yesterday I checked my online bank account and found out I was charged FULL price for each of these products ($85.97 & $89.97). NOWHERE was it stated I would be charged anymore money at a later date.Desired Settlement: I want a FULL refund of $175.94 as well as the original shipping of $10.94 ($186.88) ASAP!

Review: I ordered 2 products with a 14 day trial. It was not clearly denoted that this automatically enrolled me in a program. I was billed on the 13th day for full price. I did not receive the products for at least 5 days after the order. Therefore, I only had less than a week to determine if the product even worked. Upon realizing that I had been charged I immediately contacted the company via email requesting cancellation and my money back. There have been several emails back and forth to no avail. I have never received any product other than the sample size nor have they returned my money. In none of the emails regarding the order does it state ANYWHERE that I will be automatically enrolled in their program. I was charged $89.97 and $85.97. I want my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $89.97 and $85.97 that was I charged for a full size product. I have no problem paying the initial charge for the samples that I received.
