first time you called in was on March 28th, 2016, we have no prior
records of you calling in. Your latest phone call on April 12th you
spoke with one of our Customer Service Representatives. At that time you
received a full refund on the last two shipments you received and agreed to
keep the products that you have as well as canceling your account which was
immediately confirmed by email.
However since that time you
have been fully refunded on all your purchases.
