Hello,
In October I somehow bumped into an ad about a free of charge skin cream trial, the ONLY charge was $5.00 for shipping. When I was going to proceed to make a payment with my *** I was being forced to accept their Terms and Conditions... which I did NOT because they didn't give you access to reas auch Yerma and conditions. I decided to call them and talk to them explaining that I was interested in the trial but I wanted to make sure that I wasn't going to be charged a penny more after the $5.00 shipping charge. I was guaranteed by their customer service rep that this would be the case. No more payments. I told her that if the cream was good, I would later phone and order more.
I went away to ***. I had limited access to Internet.
I arrived home Dec 18th. *** I checked my *** to make sure we didn't have any charges to find out we had 3 different charges of around $200 each.
I phoned them and they basically told me you did agree to our terms which is absolutely false ***

We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter, as customer satisfaction is our top priority. (***) placed an online order for a trial period of our Final Skincare. All customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offer. No order can be submitted or successful unless the customer checks this box and selects to submit the order.We did not receive any such cancellation request for these trials within the trial period; and consequently (***) was charged for the product received . Furthermore, as stated in the previously mentioned terms and conditions, after the 14 day trial period, all sales are final.
In response to this inquiry we will follow up with the customer to ensure that a resolution within our company policies is made.

On Nov 1, 2018 I clicked on a *** ad to receive a free skin care sample. The page said I must pay for shipping and handling of $4.90. I put in my credit card details. My November C/C statement showed 2 charges, one $201.57 and the other $192.74. One shows the name of Clearskin and the other Skinfinal on my statement. The company name through correspondence states Skin Finesse. I called them to tell them to reverse the charges as I did NOT order those products. I simply paid for the shipping of a "FREE" sample with shipping being $4.90. They were extremely *** and refused to the reverse the charges. I have original email from the company which they ONLY shows the "Total Skin Finesse Shipping & Processing Charges: $4.90". The name on one of the boxes says "Next Skin" and the other "Skin Finesse". I have been researching and it is happening to many others under different company names. See "Cream Skin" and "Finesse Face" under the Revdex.com website. I want my money returned and no one else to have to go through this.

Their practice is *** and affecting so many people. The laws need to be addressed and changed in regards to these types of businesses.
Their response "... we will follow up with the customer to ensure that a resolution within our company policies is made."
I am certain I will not see or hear a positive action or response from that so called "company".
