I just got out on the phone with my bank and this so called merchant.***.I signed up for the free trial recieved the product so late .Then I was charge $202 &$196 for a cream and serum that I never recieve for the month of January and again for this February.Thier manager was *** to talk with so I ended up cancelling my *** and filed a *** dispute through my bank.We will wait and see what happen.

All customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offer. No order can be submitted or successful unless the customer checks this box and selects to submit the order.We did not receive any such cancellation request for these trials within the trial period; and consequently (Genievive) was charged for the product received . Furthermore, as stated in the previously mentioned terms and conditions, after the 14 day trial period, all sales are final.
In response to this inquiry we will follow up with the customer to ensure that a resolution within our company policies is made.

This ad and merchant as far *** .Who in thier right mind would pay almost $400 a mos. for cream and serum especially if your only making enough for a living?I found the add on *** and there was no such thing as terms and condition in the site.None that I recall.And if they are not *** how come they keep changing thier names and vary thier prices?Very reason that alarms me because I am seeing a transaction that I dont recognize and remember getting into.

When they say only pay shipping and handling I w a s shocked to see onmy credit card invoice 2 charges of 141.00 the there is the exchange rate my cost was oner 300.00 dollars. I told them I wanted a credit back on my card they told there are no refunds.

on *** they offered free samples to try and that the only reason I needed to put your credit card info was to pay handling and shipping. Than they charged $400.00 to my credit card without my authority.
After reading a *** online news story about Wendy M. leaving *** to start a skin care business, I ordered a "free sample" of this product, for which I agreed to pay $6.59 in postage - on my ***. The product arrived in the mail, frozen or gelled so that I could not get it out of the bottle. *** I found a warning online that I could be charged almost $200 Cdn per month as a subscription if I did not cancel. I phoned the SkinFrais company and was assure that my account was cancelled.
Today I received my *** bill with a charge for $196.25 Cdn [$141.90 USD] as well as the postage charges for the sample. I called *** today to dispute this claim. I never agreed to any kind of subscription or future orders and had no warning of such.

There is no information in the "free" trial package ( I paid about $12 for handling) that you have to cancel within 14 days or you end up charged almost $ 375 on your credit card without having had the opportunity to try the product. I called and cancelled and was refused. They did not send the product I paid for. Have been trying to reach their customer service email and the emails bounce back. I will continue to try and get in touch with someone. Amazed that Wendy M. is connected with this ***. Judy

Yes, I got caught with this same free offer product in Dec that Susan wrote about. I was very upset and called Skin Frais. They stated that I was to be charged after 14 days. I looked for the 14 day trial mention, but couldn't find it in all the lengthy writeup of products they offered etc. As it was, I received the products late because of the postal strike, but they stated that wasn't their problem. Told them that they were NOT honest about their so called FREE TRIAL ***
I received 2 samples 1) Advanced anti-wrinkle serum ""1 fl oz (30ml)"" & 2) Anti Wrinkle Face Cream ""1 oz/ 30ml"". On Dec 14 charged $10.64 on my credit card which I was aware of, but received it after that date. Then on Dec 28, total shock of being billed $406.40 for only "2 ozs. /60ml !!!" of sample product. No Invoice sent was ahead of time or even with the product.

I bought this product because it was endorsed by *** journalist *** and I read online that this company was owned by her. I am angry about this false advertising!
I also want it known that these "skin care" products are poorly made with ingredients that have irritated my skin!
I want this company to refund my money and I will be more than happy to return this product to them.
It is a useless product and very expensive. They advertise fee sample and then hook you up with money without ordering. Terrible experience I had. Do not order from this company
Beware of the invitation to order a sample product for just the cost of shipping ..... without any way of not selecting customers end up with Formula IV Skin Care product with an additional USD4.90 shipping cost! Also - if you DO NOT cancel future orders within 14 days of your initial order you will be billed monthly for additional shipments.
Wendy M. should be ashamed of such a set up.
