Review: Only ordered Trail Offer for $4.95 didn't authorize Auto Delivery. Am charged $89.73 on 1/13/2014. Don't want product want credit back. Fill decieved.

Ordered Trail Offer only for $4.95 was not told they would automatically ship future shipments. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE only wanted to try product to see if I wanted to order again. Estimate Date of Purchase 12/30/2013,Order #1049490, Payment Method Debit Card. I have been charged $89.73 on 1/13/2014. I want it credited back to my acct. Here's what my statement shows: Debit Purchase Merchant _[redacted] (Radiant Skin [redacted] Georgetown, TX [redacted] Jan. 11 @ 4:57am. I feel decieved by this company.Desired Settlement: Credit to my Debit Card that I gave them immediately.

Review: I purchased a trial from this coming for their face product for 4.95. I ordered the product on 2/6/2014 and cancelled it on 2/13/14. The company claims it never received my cancellation, and on 2/22/14 charged my credit card 89.71. I immediately called the company and told them that I had called the toll free number given to me at the time I placed the free trial offer and cancelled any further shipments. I also told them that this product was not for me and wished to return it for a full refund. Well I have gotten nowhere with these people. One representative said he would refund 75%, but the computer would not let him. I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute and wish to file a complaint with Revdex.com against them and still would like to have my funds refunded. I have never dealt with such dishonest company or group people in my life.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund, since I did cancel far before the 14 day period whether they have a record of it or not.

Review: This company offered a 30-day trial of product for $4.95. I cancelled after 19 days, then received the $4.95 charge on my credit card bill PLUS an additional charge of $89.73. When I questioned this charge I was told that in the small container which was supposedly the 30-day supply (it lasted only 15 days), only half was a sample, and the other half in the same container was at their regular price, which is exhorbitant! The company rep. said that because I did not cancel within 15 days of ordering, I had to pay the full price for the second half of the 30 days sample. They seem to consider that the 15 days begins on the date of order, not on the date of receipt. They also said that the $4.95 was for postal charges. So, in a nutshell, I paid $89.73 plus $4.95 for the second 15 days' worth of a product which was depleted in less than 15 days. I ordered it on October 15, received it maybe two days later, but did not begin using it until another product arrived, to be used with it. I cancelled on November 4. I consider this to be a big scam! Beware!!!

Of course I want a refund of the $93.68 I paid for a product which, in my opinion, is hugely overpriced and was grossly misrepresented. Altho' used sparingly, it lasted less than 15 days and I now have a bill for almost $100 for a small empty container.

Review: I ordered a sample of their skin cream on line & paid the postage only. The cream made my skin break out. I called to cancel future orders and theautomated voice said I would be charged $38.71 because I was returning it.My bank account was charged immediately.I called their ###-###-#### number & talked to a customer service person explaining the skin break out and wanted immediate credit for the $38.71. I also told them I was willing to pay the postage to send it back. The person said when they receive it back, they would only refund the $38.71 if the package of cream was unopened. I said "of course, it was opened, that is why I'm cancelling".We argued back and forth...I ask her several times to refund the 38.71...she said she couldn't do it.Desired Settlement: Refund my bank account $38.71

Review: I ordered a trial offer for $4.95 with the agreement that if I don't like it within 30 days I could call and cancel any further orders. However, the product that was received on November 18th had a follow up product sent within 10 days to me and I was charged $89.73 automatically to my Visa card without my approval and before the 30 days were up. I wish to file a report against them for taking money without my consent from me, and doing so before my trial period ended for the next product that they sent already.Desired Settlement: Remove the charge from my Visa that they charged.

Review: On 2/5/14 I ordered an introductory sample of their Skin HD Anti Aging Skin lotion and paid $4.95. I am 73 years old and did not know that I had to call them within 14 days if I DID NOT WANT the full package. I was charged on my checking account today for $89.73.I called them this morning and was told they COULD NOT RETURN MY CHARGE OF $89.73 since I did not cancel within 14 days.I am a retiree and cannot afford this! Is there anything you can do for this 73 year old?Desired Settlement: Since I was ONE day late, I think they should excuse my delay. This is ridiculous and they should return my $89.73.

Review: I called Skin HD today to cancel my two week trial period for their serum. I successfully cancelled any further shipments using the automated machine. I received a notification from my bank that my account was in the negative for a processed payment of $89.73 to a company called Radiant Skin. (I know this company as Skin HD since that is what is on my envelope.) I called the same number again (###-###-####) and pressed "0" to speak to an associate. Enter [redacted] who was friendly for only the first minute. I explained that I hadn't even opened the envelope yet and that I wanted to return the product. (I was angry that I was charged already for the product I didn't receive until Jan 21. I was lied to and cheated!) She explained to me that I had the product for 14 days and that she was sorry, but the charge would NOT be reversed back to my account. She wasn't listening to me at all. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She assured me that she was a "team leader" for this company. I then assured her that everybody has a boss and that I'd like to speak with hers. She assured me again that she was indeed a "leader" so I requested a phone number for the corporate office. She informed me I could send an email to [email protected] if I wanted. (I have no doubt that this was not the correct email for customer service related issues!) I said I wasn't satisfied with the email and wanted to speak to the supervisor. She still wouldn't allow it. I asked her if she'd heard of the Revdex.com. She asked me to hold. Enter [redacted]. He said [redacted] had explained the situation and he'd give me 50% back and if I had questions about anything else I could call back. I never even had a chance to explain my situation. I am really upset! The website specifically says you have a free 14 trial period. I did not receive my product until Jan 21 and today is Jan 27. I had it 6 days! I have my track # to prove this info (94[redacted]1 USPS)! This is false advertising! A 14 day trial period should be just that! And they are rude!Desired Settlement: I want shipping I paid refunded. I want shipping paid if asked to return product (I will gladly do!) I want the payment for $89.73 refunded/never disputed. I want the 2 hours of lost labor ($35.30) I incurred for all this hassle! I had to stop work at 4:30 (I work until 7) to take care of banking issues so I wouldn't get an overdraft fee of $37.50!! (bank is located 50 miles from work!) The service was horrible! I am extremely unsatisfied! This is very poor business practice!

Review: I ordered and paid for a trial sample of this product with the guarantee that I had 14 days to decide rather the product was something I wished to purchase. If so then I would be billed monthly for purchase of item. I received the sample and began using it. It did not give the results as stated therefore I called and cancelled within eight days of order. It went to an automated line stating that they would be charging 38.00 dollars and my account would be closed. This company is a fraud. I have attempted to call day after day, only to eventually be disconnected. I have notified my bank on the matter and they stated that if they attempt payment an investigation would be implemented. As a consumer I should not have to be subject to this nonsense. I tried a product in good faith of future purchase had the product been what I was needing only to be scammed by this company. I hope this will prevent anyone else the same issuesDesired Settlement: I would like the company to replace the funds removed from my account in the amount of $38.71

Review: an add showed up on my facebook page about Skin HD trial offer, which strongly impliied it was endorced by [redacted]. the ad read to get a free trial offer all I had to do was pay $4.95 to pay for shipping. I filled out the form and send my order w/ my debit card # over the internet. I got a call the day after recieving the trial bottle in the mail asking if I liked the product. I told him that I was traveling and had not tried it yet. He said that I only had 10 days to stop the membership. Told him I wanted nothing to do with a membership and to cancel it right then. He said he would. A few days later my account was billed $89.73. I called to complain and was given the "run around", I spoke to a manager, Bryan he told me they could not refund my money and the man that called me did not make the call from there. He told me all of my membership had been canceled and after more that 30mins on the phone, [redacted] told me that account had not been charged and hung up. He gave me a cancelation # [redacted]. Now we come to Monday 3/3/14 My account has once again been charged $89.73. Please help me get my money back. Thank you. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want this company to be held accountable for their dishonesty and unethical practices. Also made to pay the money back to the people that have ripped off.

Review: I ordered online a trial size SkinHd for $4.95 which I charged to my Visa debit card. I cancelled as soon as I seen a charge for $89.15 taken from my bank account. I contacted the company for a full refund and they said I only had 15 days to cancel and was over that time limit. They said they would not be refunding my 89.15. So I continued to disagree with customer service and told them I would be contacting the Revdex.com Then she said she could refund 33%. I continued to disagree then she told me she could refund 50% I said no that was not treating customers fairly. So then onto 75% which was $66.86. I think they should refund the full amount, therefore I am contacting you. Thank you. Sincerely [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund of $89.15 that was to be for an automatic shipment which was cancelled.

Review: I received product but was unaware that I had a 14 day trial only and then I would be billed $89.73. I am disputing payment. Found advertisement on facebook and it did not state that there was only 14 day trial.Desired Settlement: I would like full refund of $89.73.

Review: On October 30 I ordered a sample (0.5 ounces) of an anti aging skin lotion from Skin HD which was advertised for $4.95. During the call, the customer service department badgered me into wanting me to buy a program of monthly items. I was getting very upset because of their aggressive selling technique. I was transferred to another person, who knew I was getting upset, and I told them I wanted no monthly orders of anything and nothing else and he said **now I don't want you to get upset, you can just order the skin lotion for $4.95**. I agreed to that, and actually received the product on Nov. 2 and believed to be charged $4.95 on my visa. However, yesterday I received my visa statement, and not only was there a 4.95 charge but on November 14 I was billed $89.73 by Skin HD. I called them this morning and explained my situation, plus asked them what the 89.73 was for. They said I agreed to their program and this was the charge. I told them what I said in the above few sentences. She would not let me talk to a supervisor, and just kept telling me I agreed to their program. I told her I was calling my visa provider, the FTC and Dr Oz's office to let them know of their tactics. I have already contacted visa.Desired Settlement: $89.73
