Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: she continues to put out fabrication I reported her to Attorney General Office, as instructed by Revdex.com response in previous letter I also included the IRS this person may have been in business for years , however her communication skills need work she did a bad job on my hair and lied about the amount of money receivedShe will no longer get away with not paying taxes to the IRS or treat another customer the way she treated me when I called respectfully trying to resolved this issues and inquired concerning policy she began yell, screen and threaten me, and made additional threats stating she will get her lawyers as though I would back down, I have it all on text messages which I have turned over to IRS, and included in Attorney general statementI lost $200. bucks, but she will have to prove she is paying taxes like rest of America this could have been handle another way but she feels no accountability to customer nor do she handle her self as a business person. My investigation into her business shows she has a history of intimidating customers, strong-arming individuals to back down both she and her husband are aggressors, but this customer will not be intimidated or bullied by her gang

we receive a complaint from the customer, she writes message to me through text withA crazy message and asking me for my business policy, something that I don't give through text oranything and she start saying that we did a terrible job on her daughter hair,...

but we told her that thestyle she pie is something that she choose on herself, she send the picture of the style she took fromsome of the website online, and she write to me and said that style came from my site, her daughtertold her. We ask, show me the picture that you saw on my website? she couldn't present answer orpicture, she insist that she will report because we did a terrible job on her baby hair. First she went onherself to choose the color she wanted, before she ask for the color that we didn't have, and then mywife consult her with the choice of the hair that will be appropriate on her, and she said okay that isokay, after sometime her daughter starting talking about her mother and said I think my mother she willlove here, how many hours do you take to braid somebody hair my wife she said 5 hours, and herdaughter she starting talking about other shop that take 12 hour to do her hair and sometime tell themto come the next day, what we told her that we don't do that and that is unprofessional to do some onehair for 12hour, and she continue talking about other shop.For what I understand that she and her mother they do this is not just to complain, just to destroy ourbusiness, we take every complaint very serious, because we have doing business for more that 14 yearsbefore we move here, I attach the business policy and the picture she ask for to braid.Thank youDotne Hair Braiding & Weave
