Before customers commit to the day free trial, they are required to read the terms and conditions clearly explaining that if they do not cancel their trial within days of the order, they will be charged for the full product price and will remain enrolled on a monthly subscription to receive product, until they cancel Customers are required to check the T&C's box, confirming that they have been read & agree to Terms & Conditions, before the purchase is permitted Our Company’s websites contain fully compliant and explicit terms & conditions on all pages & footer links of our websitesAdditionally customer service phone numbers & emails are provided on the product labelsCustomer’s are also provided on their credit card statement transactions and are emailed confirmation receipts containing our Customer Service phone number & emailThis ensures customers can always reach a live agent via multiple channels & sourcesUnfortunately the customer did not contact us prior to the dispute for assistance, which resulted in the customer’s account being flagged as a chargeback,which we are unable to refund.We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding

The trial expired on 05/11/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 05/11/2017 $89.95 for the Cream and $86.95 for the Serum.Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect.The following month on 06/11/2017 the customer was charged for new shipments,$94.90 for the Cream and $92.90 for the Serum,however the $92.90 for the Serum was declined,which cancelled the auto ship for the Serum.The following month on 07/11/2017 the customer was charged $94.90 for a new shipment of Cream.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 07/11/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did .However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the following  refunds,$89.95 for the Cream charged on 05/11/2017,$86.95 for the Serum charged on 05/11/2017, $94.90 for the Cream charged on 06/11/2017, and $94.90 for the Cream charged on 07/11/2017 for any misunderstanding when placing the order. affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records,customer ordered our Skin Cream and Eye Serum on a 14 day trial basis back on 04/06/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $5.95 and $4.95.The trial expired on 04/20/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 04/20/2017 $89.95 for the Skin Cream and $86.95 for the Eye Serum. However,the $89.95 charged for the Skin Cream was declined,which canceled the auto ship on the Skin Cream.The following month on 05/20/2017 the customer was charged  $86.90 for a new shipment of the of the Eye Serum,due to no cancellation of the autoship program.On 06/04/2017 the customer’s account was flagged as a chargeback due to the customer filing a dispute with their financial institution,which they ruled in our favor. Customer contacted our Customer Service on 07/19/2017 requesting a refund.Unfortunately,we were unable to provide the customer with a refund due to the account already being flagged as a chargeback. The following month on 07/07/2017 the customer was charged  for new shipments.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 07/25/2017  and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did .However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing a full refund for the charge on 07/07/2017 for Skin Cream in the amount of  $89.95  for any misunderstanding when placing the order. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I returned the product and am due a refund. The credit card dispute was for fraud - this is one of those free sample scams - the credit card company told me they rarely win these cases. When I asked for the free sample there was NO information or boxes that they spoke about. They have the product back - brand new - and unopened and I deserve a refund. How can they even justify keeping the money for nothing. I previously sent you their e-mail confirming that they received and accepted the return. They think because they won the fraud case they do not owe me a refund for the return.
