Place is relaxing and masseuses are top-notch
Skin Spa is already included in my routine every Saturday. This place soothes my aching muscles after a week of working out and going back and forth to my work. My masseuse gives the best massaging skills ever. I always pick their Swedish massage because it feels great for my body. Their place is very relaxing, and it's worth having my massage here.

e-mailed and visible, however given the new information that the client no longer works in New York or Boston (our locations) we would be willing to provide a refund of the remaining service of $51.90 (Purchased at $155.71 for 3 services; Has 1 remaining) with proof of job reassignment. Should the client also wish, we have given clients in the past the option of forwarding the service/credit to others to use at any of our locations. Please let us know how the client would like to proceed.

I appreciate that Skin Spa is willing to give me the value of the remaining session however I still have a balance on the account that was not mentioned as being included in such remittance to me.  I believe the value on the account is approximately $40.  Again, there is so much confusion about this credit on my account.  It was not a refund.  I had absolutely no direction from the staff at the Soho SkinSpa when I made the original package that I was forced to adjust my package the following day thus there was a small balance remaining after such adjustment.  It is simply a balance difference due to reorganizing the package.  The package even contained the same treatment count although changing the spread of shoulder versus back treatments.  (Thus there was no type of cancellation or renege on my part in an attempt to receive a refund.  It was simply that the updated package was ever so slightly less expensive).  Similarly, as with now being out of state and a few cities over from NYC, as you mentioned in your reply, I indeed would have issue with using such balance as well since I am not near your locations.  Once this credit to my account is also included in the remittance to me (thus about $90 overall), I will accept this as a reasonable resolution.  Also, in the reply, the SkinSpa representative did mention that I would need to provide evidence of employment location.  I can certainly do that although I am unsure as what to provide without getting too deep at the personal level (thus I am not willing to provide a salary statement or any document as such).  Would a print screen from the [redacted]  If there is something more formal from HR that is typical in such case, let me know and I could track that down and provide as well.
