Sell massively overpriced products, without mentioning their no refund policy

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a sample for a small price, read all of the information and 2 weeks later got a charge to my account for $92.00. It never mentioned that I would be billed or that there was a return policy within a time limit. Their advertising is misleading, dishonest, in despicable, and false. I wish I had read all of these reviews first (lesson Learned). I never received an invoice or notice of charges. I hate this company

Review: I was in a high pressure sales pitch at a skin-care store. The salesperson [redacted] told me she was the [redacted] and she could save me $700 worth of things which is just a lie. She applied a sample on me and showed told me the product takes exfoliates skin and demonstrated a scrub that cleansed and showed that the water was dirty when I had just washed my hands at work before getting lured in there to try something. I usually dont splurge anywhere but some reason I fell for this act. She kept piling 'free' products to seduce me into thinking I hit a jackpot when these items are really just 20 bucks anywhere else online. So in reality I spent $457.25 for $100 worth of items. I realized this after walking out and walked back in and asked for a refund and they said no. They know exactly what kind of scam theyre running.

It looks like this place closes stores and reopens under new names just to scam people again. Check out Premier Skin care and see how many places closed and check reviews of the same scams they keep doing to people, its crazy. Their new store names are called SKINSUPREME SPRING/ SKINSUPREME [redacted].

After reading all these reviews, I couldnt believe I fell for the same thing everyone else is, its the same word for word.

I read the complaints for this location on Revdex.com below

SkinSupreme SPRING [redacted] The reason you cant contact them is they keep changing their number. Their new number is ###-###-#### for this location.

The location I visited yesterday SKIN SUPREME /[redacted] has their number listed at ###-###-#### as you can see here [redacted] , when its really ###-###-####.

Please close them down so no one else is a victim to this!!Desired Settlement: I want a refund from this scam, and hopes that no one else will fall for this either. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN AND THEIR CHAINS!!

Review: I was under the pressure of hard sell in this store so I purchased two skin care products. Everything there was overpriced. I ended up spending $277.64 buying something that worth around $50.00 if I buy them on [redacted]. Instead of listing product prices, the sales people tell customers the prices after saying all the good things and trying products on customers, and then they can cut the price down to whatever they think customers will accept. I was persuaded to buy their products in this way, and I found out many people had the same experience in this place after I googled it out. There are many complaints of this brand already, not necessarily this location. The worst thing is that the products are not safe to use. Many people had terrible reactions to them so Im afraid to use them. I tried to return the un-opened products next day after purchasing but realized it listed No Refunds. on the receipt, which no one told me this while I was in the store. Of course, this is how they keep their business running, hard sell & no refund! I feel I was scammed. I actually thought about this before making the payment, but I convinced myself that it wouldnt happen in New York! Well, right now I still cant believe its happening in New York. I tried to contact the store and got a customer service phone number that nobody answered and an email address that nobody responded. I hope more people can know this and avoid wasting money and most importantly avoid destroying their faces from it.Desired Settlement: I want to dispute the money I spent in this store. And hopefully someone can investigate this business so no more people will be scammed.

Review: I making a complaint about a skin product retailer that took advantage of me on June **, 2015 and used high pressure and deceptive sales tactics to have me purchase 3 very expensive cosmetic items.

When the saleswoman gave me the sales slip/receipt to sign she handed it to in a wallet that covered the bottom of the sale slip hiding the words "no refunds." She covered the total cost of the products with her hand. At this time two sales people were talking to me so I was distracted by the conversation. One of the salesmen asked me to turn toward the back of the store, in this position I was facing away from the sign near the register explaining the store's no refund policy - I did not see the sign. I was very surprised by the total of the bill, which I only saw after I had signed it. The pricing of the items on my bill was unclear to me and none prices were marked on the products or posted in the store.

I was subjected to the predatory and misleading sales tactics experienced by many other customers of Skin Supreme. While it purports to advise the customers of its no refund policy, in fact, its salespersons do everything they can to hide it as can be seen by my experience and the numerous other victims as posting complaints on [redacted], the Revdex.com site and other online consumer complaint boards. Even more incredible this appears to be the standard operating procedure of this store and others that sell Dead Sea cosmetic products.Desired Settlement: To return the merchandise and receive a credit for the $871.04 now temporarily suspended on my [redacted] account.

Review: I was manipulated into buying products that were poor quality with the promise that they were 'nano-technology'. I looked those products up on [redacted] and found them at approximately 1/10 the cost. It is now obvious to me that the store is a scam. What is more, within a few hours of trying these products, my face is in hives. Many people have launched these same complaints. [redacted] I can't believe that those of us who work hard are having our money stolen without someone intervening. Please don't let this happen to anyone else.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the almost $800 that was stolen from me today.
