I paid for semi-permanent makeup on my upper and lower eyelids and eyebrows. I was told that it should only take about two sessions and that she is really good at what she does. Four sessions later my eyebrows are spotted and not complete. My eyeliner is also not up to par as there are areas where she tattooed too far.

I am no longer practicing my aesthetic license as of 10/01/20193. I informed the customer, *** before, during, and after procedures that there is no guarantee of the result. All permanent and semi perm. makeup results are various based on skin types (dry, normal, and oily), daily activities, skin care products, and hormonal change of the body.Dry and normal skin types are tend to hold the perm. makeup pigment longer than oily skin. However, this individual, *** has oily skin and she knows it. On our initial sale contract she gets first procedure and touch up for free. I gave her two additional touch up services with no charge. I am a very skilled esthetician with many years of experience. I love what I do but I can't continually give free services. Again I am no longer practicing my aesthetic license and completely/permanently closed the spa business. Thank you,Mikyong K
