I will NEVER again buy anything from Skincare Market The product I bought (AHA/BHA cream) is garbage, and so is the company They claim they give a 100% guarantee, but that is only on unused/unopened products, so you need to know what effect the product will have on your skin before you actually use it Perhaps you could just hold the unopened tube, bottle, or jar in your hand & try to just feel the "vibes" to determine if it's going to work for you; otherwise, you're out of luck Also, I mailed of the tubes (the unopened one) back to the company,using the address they had given me, but it was returned to me with "insufficient address" labels on it I called Skincare Market again to confirm the address, & they said that the address was correct & complete as I had written it on the package My only option, they said, was to mail it again to a different Skincare Market address (in a different city) I told them that I was very frustrated because, at this point, I was just trying to cut my losses I paid for a product that did the opposite of what they claimed it would do, I paid for postage twice, and now, they wanted me to pay for postage a third time I have to think about whether or not I should return the product back, based on whether I could get anything back In the end, would I end up losing just as much money, or would I end up losing or dollars less than if I don't return the product? They had the gall to say that they are losing more because they had to ship the product to me, but I quickly reminded them that I paid for shipping TWICE They will just receive the unopened product & sell it again to a poor unsuspecting client

I ordered two iS Clinical Eye Complex from them, the product is fake and when I called, the customer services was very bad as well!!!
