Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I have returned both unused products, via the USPS on Tuesday, February 28, 2017, to the company and I exspect a full refund in the amount of $ According to the USPS tracking these products were delivered back to the the company on March 1st at 10:a.m.The terms and conditions were not clearly outlined in the advertising that led me to the purchase of this productI have read several other reviews/complaints regarding this company and product on the Revdex.com websiteThe complaints I have read are identical to my experience.I have filed a dispute directly through my credit union as well as through [redacted] regarding the fraudulent activity on my accountMy credit union has cancelled the debitcard which I used for the transaction

This business is a scamThey charge you for shipping only and after days they charge you $if you haven't called to cancel The fine print is buried in a lengthy disclaimer putting the onus on the customer to callWhen you tr to get a refund they blame you for not fully reading the contractThe customer service team is rude

Don't trust this business The advertisements are traps One signs up for a trial dosage SkincomplexRx, at a cost of $plus $for shipping If one does not want to receive monthly shipments at $89.95, plus shipping, one must call the company to cancel within fourteen days (This condition is stated in the midst of a twelve page document.) In case a person does not cancel, his/hers credit card is charged $every month Besides that, if a person cancels later than fourteen days, he/she is then charged the $for the sample (which he/she initially received) Hence, the total charge for the trial sample alone is $+ $+ $

I too ordered the trial products and was totally shocked when they took $out of my debit cardI called them from a number I got from the bank and they informed me it was only a day trial offer and I should of called them before thatOkay, I accepted that, (I didn't read the small print) but asked them to cancel immediately any future ordersThey said my account was cancelled and then a month later I was billed again another $so once again I called themI was told there was no record of my call and did I get a cancellation number (which I didn't) or if I had an e-mail (which I didn't)Well, l again asked them to cancel my account and this time I asked for a cancellation number and an e-mailThey gave me a number but no e-mail as of yetI'm still waiting for this last shipment they are sending me and I'm going to try and return it but once again that's a different number which I haveI'll let you know what happens nextNightmare

This business appeared as a news article through a Facebook notificationBy clicking on the article, it took me to the business' home page which says "Tell us where to send your bottle" and Rush Today in Big Bold letters at the top of the home pageThese words are just as big as the business' name on the homepageOnce you enter your shipping information, there is a very small box that says, "I confirm that I am over and agree to the Terms and Conditions of this site." Once at the Terms and Conditions page, you have to push page down at least times before there is any mention of the $that you will be automatically charged each month if you do not cancel your free trial within days of ordering the trial
Given how easy it is to submit your contact information to order the product, it should be a lot easier to see what you will be charged if you do not cancel your trial within weeks of placing your orderA customer should not have to scroll through pages upon pages of technical terms before they realize they will be charged nearly $for a half ounce jar of skin product
When I called to ask the customer service representative if there is anyway to get a refund since I was just charged for the product this morning and my day trial just ended, she said no, I should have read the terms and conditions and it is not her fault I did not read themWhen I explained I ordered on my phone and it is very hard to read all of that on the small phone, she said that is not her fault either how I placed my order and I should have taken the time to read before ordering
Yes, I should have read the tiny small print before placing an order on my phone for what appeared to be a $product which turned out to be an $product instead; however, the customer service representative should have attempted to provide a better service experience instead of being condescending and accusatory

This is a fraudulent company scamming credit card automatic payments and should be investigated I also signed up for the free skincare trial and paid for shipping (4.95) inputting my credit card data A month later on the day my credit card bill arrivedI found I had been charged When I called, the representative said that I did not read the terms and conditions on the website (There was no website that I got this from - this was through a Facebook sponsored ad) The representative told me that the was for the product and that they do not accept any returns and I should have simply cancelled in days and because of this was charged for the product, I mentioned that the ad clearly said 'free sample' When I called my credit card company, I also found out that they had already charged another for the next month's 'subscription' which I also had not signed up for When I called back, they said this was automatic when I signed up for the free trial and I must also cancel this This company is really a total illegal front preying upon consumers and they are so savvy that they are able to get months of large credit card transactions placed that cannot be disputed as they time it so that you will not even receive your credit card bill for the previous month before the next month has been charged (charged fro a second time on the first possible day) This company should be closed down or investigated I am not usually scammed and if I was scammed like this, I wonder how many others they got away with such a scam The address I got from the rep for for this was:
Skin ComplexRX
P.OBox
Bathurst ST
Toronto M2R 1ZO
I am not sure if this is at all trust worthy though The rep mentioned that her name was Shaniqua W and that her manager's name was Carrie G Shaniqua clearly also did not have a Canadian accent (I'm originally Canadian) and the number on my credit card bill also listed Nevada as the locationTel: 8885227131NV The website here that the rep listed was www.skinopulent.com (I am actually wary about going to the website too as this probably is full of viruses/trackers etc.) These types of companies need to be closed down Sad and I feel bad that people try to carry out this type of crime really

Don't trust this business. The advertisements are traps. One signs up for a trial dosage SkincomplexRx, at a cost of $4.95 plus $0.99 for shipping. If one does not want to receive monthly shipments at $89.95, plus shipping, one must call the company to cancel within fourteen days. Hence, the total charge for the trial sample alone is $4.95 + $0.99 + $89.95.

This business is a scam. They charge you for shipping only and after 14 days they charge you $89.00 if you haven't called to cancel. I went online one night to order a sample that was supposed to be Christie Brinkley's skin care cream for $5.95. I ordered the same and then a box popped up for another product for $34.95, I didn't really want it but couldn't get the box to go away. I clicked on it to order that and the transaction finally went through. I received 3 items in the mail a few days later. My credit card bill came and I was charged 3 charges, $4.95, #5.95, and $34.95. 13 days later there was a charge for $89.95, and another charge the next day for $89.95. My credit card company called the SkincomplexRx and they said I clicked on a 14 day trial, which I did NOT. So they charged me again. They were extremely rude and said they would only give me a $34.95 refund so I asked for the manager. A Supervisor got on the line and said he would only give me $31.95 back and if I filed a complaint with my Credit card company they would recharge me. I am filing a complaint, not only because of the pop up box, but for the extra charges and disrespect the company showed when I tried to tell my side!

skin complex rx and skin complex eye products is a big rip off
