Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for notifying us regarding this customer complaint We have researched this customer and our records show that trial orders were placed for SkinFresh MD and Allure RX online on 4/21/ As part of the trial order, the customer must first agree to our terms and
conditions, which are clearly listed on the product order website, in order to proceed with the order These terms plainly state that the customer will be charged only $to cover shipping and handling, but then will be charged the full price of the product at the end of the trial unless the order is canceled before the trial period ends It is impossible for a customer to place an order on our website without first indicating that they have agreed to these terms Unfortunately, it is beyond our control whether or not a customer fully reads these terms before agreeing to them. We show no record of the customer contacting us until 5/12/(well after the trial period had expired), so her account was billed in accordance to the terms The agent who verified the account offered the customer more time between billing periods to give her more time to try the product and the customer declined Even though we are not obligated to do so and in our effort to provide ongoing excellent customer service, this customer will be receiving a full refund on the most recent charge for SkinFresh MD (her Allure RX trial was cancelled in time, so she was never charged the full price for this product) Depending on this customer’s bank, it can take anywhere from to business days from 5/19/to receive $back on the card used to pay for the original order In closing, we would like to emphasize that we do in fact disclose the terms and pricing details of the trial order on our website We take steps to ensure that customers have seen and agreed to the terms prior to their purchase, but unfortunately it is beyond our control whether or not the customer fully reads the terms before indicating that he/she agrees to them However, we always attempt to diligently help any customer who may have overlooked certain details and work to find a reasonable solution This response serves as confirmation that the customer’s account has been successfully closed and her money has been refunded She will no longer receive shipments or be charged for any additional product We will consider this matter closed, but feel free to contact us should you have any additional questions.
