We do have a membership program that we offer to our clients at a significant discount off our regular services. Within the contract we have a stipulation that states that if we provide 30 days notice that we can increase the cost of our membership to our clients which our clients need to sign. We...
have been offering this service for more then 3 years and this is our first price increase on only one of the three memberships we offer. We extended the notice to more then 60 days for few who said they did not receive the notice. We followed all our rules and regulations and if clients still had issues we have offered to let them out of signed contracts to ensure there are no issues.
