I received a Botox Treatment at Skinny Beach by Jennings S. The treatment was horrific! During my treatment, he seemed extremely agitated. He shared with me a great deal of personal information, regarding his financial crises. That he is going out of business and will be closing the Medi-Spa doors this week. That he is losing his home, etc. All while he is injecting my face with Botox. At this point of the procedure, I became extremely fearful! Fearful that he was not focused on my treatment, afraid that he was not placing the Botox injections in the appropriate areas since he was in such distress. Not using the correct product, et. I question if I needed his recommended 40 units of Botox, based on his statement about his financial situation. The entire service was highly unprofessional and needless to say extremely stressful.

Ms. W came in to our business and it turns out she was gathering information for herself as she is a competitor. She was gathering information for herself, asking probing questions about the business and personal life, to which questions were answered (never volunteered), and created a friendly environment. She left happy and only until she left did she call back "outraged" everyone that worked that day was in complete shock. We refunded Ms. W immediately per her request and she insisted she would not be writing any reviews of any kind. See attached statement showing her refund from our credit card processor. This has been handled.
