I am rejecting this response because:Despite the claim by Skinny Body Care that the package was delivered on December 7, I know that I attended my mail box...

every day  awaiting the product, and did not receive it until December 12, 2016.However, even if their date of December 7, 2016 delivery is used, I would still have needed a 10 day delivery window to ensure the "unused product" was back in their hands before the end of the 30 day period. So, that would mean that from the date of purchase, 10 days delivery to me and another 10 days return delivery = 20 days. The 30 day money back guarnatee period minus the 20 day shipping requirements only allows for a 10 day trial of the product, which does not give the consumer adequate time to determine if the product is going to work. My understanding was that the 30 day supply of the product would be the parameter for the 30 day guarantee. I can see now that the 30 day guarnatee will never need to be honored by Skinny Body Care as the amount of time allowed for the use of the product by the consumer does not allow enough time to determine if the product is working. If the full 30 day supply of the product is consumed, there is no time to request a refund if the product does not work. In my opinion, this guarantee is false advertising. Either the guarantee should be honored after a full 30 day trial of the product, or it should not be given at all. Starting the 30 day period from the date of purchase, and requiring the bottle be returned within the immediately following 30 day period is unfair and advertising a 30 day money back guarantee is misleading to the public and is encouraging consumers to buy the product not realizing the 30 day guarnatee will never be honored.
