Complaint ID: [redacted]We hold our customers in the highest regard and would love to rectify the issue at hand. We have located the account for June Darvalics and the last charge that took place was on 09/27/2017, this charge was voided on 09/28/2017 when the customer spoke to one of our agents....

There is no charge that took place after this interaction therefore, we are unable to refund at this time. We have however refunded all previous transactions for the customer. We have emailed the customer to see if there is another account they may have with us under a different name.
