My order was shipped on January 11thI have not yet received my productI contacted them via email and they said to give it ten business daysI then again emailed them again (tried to find a phone number, but I couldn't find one)They said they were waiting to hear from USPS in business days to find out tracking On February 4th, they emailed back saying that the package had entered the US fine and was on it's wayThey have neglected to give me a tracking numberWhen I emailed to ask for a refund, they didn't replyThey haven't replied to my emails asking for a refund or status of my orderI just assume it's been lost, but they haven't given me any tracking information to locate my own packageI called USPS and there is not package in the system for my address I put for the order
