I know your pain, same here only I loved the fit so much after I purchased the first package, I ran to all the other stores in my area and purchased 10 packages. Only to find out within the 1st several months I was going to be down a pair a month as the waistband came unstitched in the wash. I even used a wash bag and line dry, so very sad the quality of the stitching on this product. I truly love the fit, and the wear on this product. But when you think the list price is $42.00 for three pair and they can not make it through the wash without coming apart... poor quality on the stitching... if it is not the waist it is a leg band... I am so very sorry. If I ever find another product with the same fit I will be shouting from the rooftops. Wish this was fixed. I just had to purchased three more packages to have enough to bring my stock back up. What a shame!
I too bought the panties at TJMAX..After the first wash the waisband came unsewed Thouroughly dissappointed for the price I paid.. Thanks Marge Duprey..
Bought the Skiinnygirl 3-pack shaping seamless shorts (under garment) at TJMaxx, Very disappointed ! Not enough spandex - doesn't hold anything in. Unfortunately once you buy and try there is No returning., you are just out the money. I feel like I am wearing "Granny Panties" and that is not what I wanted since I am working hard on my body to get in shape.
Purchased 2 pairs of SkinnyGirl control briefs at Marshalls. Band around leg came off at second wearing. I would like a replacement, however there is absolutely no contact information for these products. the website link at left comes up with an error message. I think this is a product flaw and they are avoiding addressing the issue. It is a shame as I really like the weight and comfort of this product, could be an awesome one. How do I reach them? J.S.
Review: On March [redacted] I ordered two items, a brief and a camisole. The brief arrived on its own with no camisole. It was on the packing list, but crossed out. The charge on my card was not adjusted. I have called the organization 4 times, emailed 4 times and no response. When the [redacted] answers the phone, she has no idea why no one is answering their phones or why they are "out of the office." If I were [redacted] and that were my business, I'd be ashamed to have my name on it.Desired Settlement: I would like the missing item send via overnight delivery and to receive an apology from the company, in addition to a discount on a future order.
