had to call back a third time to receive all of my money except $5. I'm satisfied. Thank you

You lie about everything. You send product when I said no too. I had no choice but to contact the bbc and file a complaint.

The ad that prompted me to select on skinology's website States try this product for 14 days. Through the Facebook site it does not say 14 days from ordering it. The company refuses to give a refund even though you've only had the product for 10 days. The product doesn't work and according to them it takes 30 days to work in the first place. Do not purchase anything from Skinology or Vulexa.

To all that has thought about trying the products by Skinology or any affiliate of the company. There was a free 30 day trail for a skin cream advertise on line and after reading what I thought was a the fine print, I decided to order the trail. I've ordered free trail products in the past and usually after the 30 day I would receive a reminder email etc. 3 days after I received the product a charge of $92.23 was debit from my bank account. On Jan 15th a week later another $92.23 was debit from my account. I called the customer care center and informed them of the charge and wanted the account credit because I didn't have the product for 30 days and I didn't authorize the recurring charges. The account was cancelled and I was told that since the account was cancel the funds couldn't be refunded. On Jan 20th not 5 days after I cancelled the account another $92.23 was debit from my account. I called again this time not as pleasant and demanded my refunds. I've contacted my bank to dispute the debits, hopefully within the next 5-10 days my account will be credit according to Skinology and the bank. Oh I forgot to mention, when I request the refund the 1st time I was told that they were sorry and would send me the product with free shipping. I told the customer care rep I didn't want the product, not to send me anything and to cancel everything. Why did I receive the product on the 19th I sent the product back and on 1am 01/20/16 I was charged the $92.23. This is a lesson learned for me don't believe that 30 day free of charge mean that, there always hidden fees and scams.

Review: I got an email about this product and I was looking at it and was going to order it but I just got back to work from surgery and haven't started getting paid yet so I backed out of it then I got a txt saying I a incomplete order and if I didn't complete the order it was going to expire. So I was just like ok cool, then I got the product in the mail and I just figured they were going to send me a bill there was just the product no paperwork or anything, so then about a week later or so they had taken $92.93 as well of another 32 dollars out of my account which was made me 61 dollars overdrawn in my bank. then I called customer service number that was on my bank account I talked to one person and he just kept going on about the product I kept asking to talk to the supervisor and he said that he couldn't take any calls he was on a line with another customer so I called back talk to another lady and she consistently did the same thing but then she has got it to where they could give me 15% back with a $100 gift card from Walmart and I told her that's not gonna help me right now because I have no money and my bank is overdrawn she said it all we can do because it's been 14 days I have supposedly had 14 days call and discontinue the order but it hadn't been 14 days I had only had the product for like a weekso I called again and finally got ahold of a supervisor then he said that he could give me 25 percent back in a hundred dollar gift card so my dispute is the order was not complete. The text saying it was going to expire so it should have expired instead of them taking the full amount out of my account which wasn't the case in the first place deal was to only pay 2 dollars and some change for the shipping and handling. I called my bank to see if they could do anything they said since they had takin the $2 and change out they couldn't because it was a commitment. I have screenshots of the text and screenshots of the incomplete order. Thank you sincerely [redacted]

Review: RECEIVED AN ADVERTISEMENT EMAIL ON 11/20 TO PURCHASE THIS CREME AND ALL I HAD TO DO WAS PAY THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING. ON 12/5 I REC'D AN ADD'L EMAIL STATING THAT I WAS CHARGED $92.93 BECAUSE MY TRIAL PERIOD ENDED ON 11/4. WHEN I CONTACTED THE COMPANY TO TRY AND EXPLAIN THAT I WAS NOT MADE AWARE THAT THIS WAS ONLY A TRIAL OFFER CHRISTIAN DAVID OFFERED ME AT FIRST A 25% REFUND AND A $100 GIFT CERTIFICATE. I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY BUT MY MONEY BACK. STILL NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED I CALLED BACK & SPOKE TO JAM WHO NOW OFFERED ME AN ADD'L 75% BACK STILL NOT RECEIVING MY ENTIRE REFUND. WHAT STRIKES ME AS ODD AND WAY OFF IS NOT ONLY DOES THE ORIGINAL OFFER OMIT THE STIPULATIONS OF THIS OFFER BUT THESE REPRESENTATIVES ARE TAUGHT TO LIE VERY WELL. I JUST WANT MY REMAINING $23.26 BACK AND I'M WILLING TO EVEN SEND THE USED PRODUCT BACK.Desired Settlement: ALL I WANT IS MY REMAING $23.26 RETURNED AND MY CREDIT INFORMATION BE REMOVED.

Review: I sent for a trial order of Skinology's face creams for which I paid shipping and handling from their web site. They claim I agreed to order a continous supply of their outrageously expensive products if I did not notify them of my dissatisfaction within 14 days. I never agreed to such an order, yet they started sending two bottles of creams every two weeks at a cost of over $190. As we were on vacation when they first arrived they had sent the second load before we could cancel our participation. After an hour of battling their "customer service" line, they agreed to cancel our participation, but refused any relief for the items they had already shipped, saying the website has a clear no return/no refund policy. This is a very deceptive scam.Desired Settlement: We should be reimbursed for the items we did not order.

Review: The company sent a trial product with no information on actions that I needed to take to stop future shipments. There was in fact no information in the packet as to time frame involved in cancelling future packets. I received an email notification that a second bottle was going to be shipped and I immediately emailed them to tell them that I did not want the shipment. I have contacted their custormer service department and they will not agree to me sending the unopened package back to them for a full refund. I would like to know if I have any recourse in this matter as it was clearly designed to catch consumers off guard as they sent no information in the packet as to what the customer needed to do if they did not like the product or any way to contact the company or the timeframe that was involved. I feel very used at this point and cheated. I want to send the product unopened to them for a refund and they refuse.Desired Settlement: I want to send the product back to them at my own expense and have my credit card credited with the two charges of almost 180 dollars.

Review: Skinology advertises online, and I purchased on Dec 12, 2015 the trial sample (skinology & [redacted]). Within 2 weeks, before I received the samples, they charged on my [redacted] on Dec 12 for the trial samples, but again charging on Dec 27, 2015 for the monthly supply of the 2 products, without my confirmation. They claim that there are small print that if we do not reject the product within 2 weeks, they will send the products and charge me for the monthly supply. They did, and when I called them (2xs), they said they will cancel the account, but the US$94 and $97 will not be returned, but as charged and stayed, even when I said the products do not help my eye-bags and I want to return the monthly supply back to them.

My point is, this is an unscrupulous business practice. First the fine prints is deceitful, and 2nd, they did not ask for my confirmation before sending the monthly supply and charging my [redacted]. I feel cheated and forced to buy their products.

Free free to ask me questions if needed.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Truly,

Review: Website [redacted] offers a free trial with $4.95 shipping costs only. Upon completion of the order form, customers are required to accept the Terms and Conditions, which are not shown directly on the order site but have to be accessed by a separate link. The Terms and Conditions reveal that this is a recurring order, where a credit card gets repeatedly charged for automatic re-orders ($92.93 per month) unless the customer opts out by phone or email.

The advertisement is misleading because it makes the customer believe that $4.95 is the only cost for testing the product, but it hides the Terms and Conditions that require the customer to opt out of the automatic reordering within 14 days after placing the order.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $92.93 charge.

Review: There was a pop up online regarding a face cream. It said "free trial" for only a shipping fee. All of a sudden a second cream product appeared which seemed that the 2 creams were included in the same shipping fee. I went ahead and ordered the product. They charged my checking account for the shipping fee of $5.99 on 12/5/15. On 12/6/15 another shipping charge appeared for $4.95. The two creams came in the same package. I received them on 12/12/15. I didn't notice until 1/8/16 that my checking account was charged $89.95 on 12/20/15 and $92.93 on 12/20/15. Then I noticed that I was charged again on 1/6/16 for $92.93 and $89.95. When I called the phone number [redacted] the rep told me that I only had 15 days to try the product and that he could cancel now but that I didn't cancel in time. What a scam. I didn't even get 15 days to try out these products. They arrived 5 days after the order. I didn't receive the second order until they had charged my account again. I wish to return these products and get a refund. I haven't opened the packages and don't feel that they disclosed the facts. I work in the mortgage business and we have to disclose every single fee and how it is charged. This is a total scam, and today I learned from my bank that this is a scam and they cannot get my funds back, almost $400 in less than a month. Please help me if you can. I have the products, haven't opened any of them and all I want is a refund. Now I see all of the comments from people like me fell for the scam. Is there anyway you can help me. This was really wrong. I can't believe this type of thing is happening in the US, whether it be on the internet or not. This was the first time I ordered on line. I guess I didn't realized this type of scam was occurring, but how can this be stopped for this particular company? Thank you for your time. I sure hope you can help me. $400 is a lot of money to me.Desired Settlement: I was misled as I now see many people have also been misled. I want a refund of $92.93 X2, and $89.95 X2. This was totally wrong. I do have the products, I can return them, but I need a refund. I did not authorize these charges.

Review: I place an order on 12/06/2015 for sample and agreed to pay only shipping fee. I received a product on 12/19/2015 but on 12/22/2015 I was charged $89.97 without my permit ion. when I called and asked why I was charged , they told me that I was subscribed for monthly delivery after 14 days. I need my money back.Desired Settlement: full refund

Review: Skinology offers a 30 day money back guarantee. When you purchase the trial offer you have 14 days to cancel so you will not be charged additional money for the trial product. When I called within the 14 days multiple times, every customer service representative claimed they could not find my account. I provided my name, address, order number etc but still they were unable to locate my account information. They asked for my credit card information so that maybe they could locate my account that way. I did not feel comfortable providing this information. They said since they could not find my account they could not help me. Now I have been charged $200 for the product even though I made many attempts prior to the 14 day deadline. I consider this fraudulent and a scam as now they can magically locate my account but will not issue a refund since it is over 14 days.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $200 which I attempted to avoid by canceling.

Review: I first ordered a product for 10 dollars the next month charmed 92 dollars, when I noticed I again was charged 92 dollars the following month I called and canceled the product today I had money again taken out of my account when I called them again they said I only canceled skinology not vulexaus. Which the out they took out today is the same as what they charged for both skinology and the vulexaus. They were almost imposibble to talk to, they kept offering me more of the product, I finally got them to realize I was not wanting any more and I want a refund, they said they would return my money in 1 to 3 days now I get an email for a return of only 31 dollars. I want my full refund. They only worked with me when I met ione going to Revdex.com and contacting my lawyer.Desired Settlement: For them not to send or take out monies out of my account and to refund all my money

Review: This is in regards of purchasing a product in which I cannot use because it irrates my skin and this company will not return my money for this product. They will only give me 25% of my purchase price back. I will return this product for my money but they stated I cannot. The person I am dealing with is [redacted] at 1-877-[redacted]. I would like the entire 92.93 returned in my credit card. Thank you have a great day.Desired Settlement: full purchase price returned

Review: Signed up for FREE 30 day trial of skin creams...was billed for shipping costs, thats it. A couple weeks later I am billed $100 each for these products that I dont even like nor gave permission to purchase! I emailed them advising them to cancel everything and that I never allowed them to automatically charge my credit card! No answer...I am contacting my back to have the charges reversed since I did not purchase anything from them and gave them NO consent to bill me!Desired Settlement: Full refund and to stop using my credit card for monthly payments to a product that I never wanted!

The ad that prompted me to select on skinology's website States try this product for 14 days. Through the Facebook site it does not say 14 days from ordering it. Review: 1. We ordered a “free trail” of a Skinology product on 11/21/15 on the internet. We provided a credit card number to pay free trial shipping ($4.95). Our credit card statement received on 12/22/15 contained the $4.95 charge on 11/21/15 and $101.29 on 12/06/15. We called Skinology on 12/22/15 only to find that we were automatically enrolled in a monthly resupply of the product for $101.29 per month and that we only had 14 days from 11/21/15 to return the free trial to receive a refund. However, even if we knew about the return policy, the sample arrived at our house on 12/08/15, not in time to comply with the new to us return policy.

2. We did demand a full refund during our phone call, but were only able to cancel the product (cancellation # [redacted]) and get a commitment for a 35% refund on the current charges. Attempts to speak with management were refused and they hung up. However, the next day we did receive a new billing of $101.29 for a new shipment. The total charges so far are $207.53.

3. (Please note before this last point that Skinology’s free trial web order now sends you to a similar [redacted] free trail scam order link. [redacted]), however, professes to be separate from Skinology, in spite of the linkage. You should also [redacted] “Skinology scam fraud” to see what others have encountered.)

We have since re-stepped through the “free trial” order process and found no mention of a return requirement or the automatic billing process on web pages of advertising. Only on the final submit page, after the submit order button and invisible unless you happen to scroll down, will you find the very fine print and clever scam. Start at the Skinology link [redacted] and work your way through the “free trial” offer. (Space doesn’t permit me to copy and paste the concealed “fine print” words from the offer, but they described what was unscrupulously done to us and others.)Desired Settlement: A full refund of the charges to date: $207.53, less the original $4.95 shipping charge
