As per our phone conversation, the link is not working for our reply to the above case
As explained, that we do have web pages that have different sales - on www.silkn.com you can often get 15%, 25% discount and
www.tryflashandgo.com that gives the free Travel Bag & HydramistOur TV commercial clearly shows the tryflashandgo web page for customers to go online and purchase that special offer (please see attachment)
We contacted the customer and told her we will make an exception this time to send her the Travel Bag & Hydramist

Here is our company response for the above case:
On March 3rd Ms*** contacted our customer service department in regards to a purchase she made from us on December 14,
She was not seeing results with our Hair Removal Device and
wanted to return the product
We have a day money back guarantee on our Hair Removal Devices
Our CS Agent offered Ms *** an extension of days ending on March 31, in order to allow her extra time to use the product so that she might begin to see results
We did not hear back from Ms *** until July 03, - (months later) when she sent an email to our website email address (***@silkn.com ) - please see her email below:

Dear flash and go, I received mine for a Christmas gift, after having no luck I called your returns dept and they talked me into giving it more time
Now into the seventh month I'm still not seeing any notable difference and I'm uncomfortable that I've been shaving areas that I normally would not per the directions Please review my concern

On July 20, 2015, our CS Agent spoke with Ms*** to discuss her treatment plan It was determined she was using the device correctly and her hair colour made her a suitable candidate
However at this point it was too late for us to provide a refund
The CS Agent that was dealing with Ms*** left our company in August
Our phone # was provided as above in the email sent to Ms *** but we did not hear from her
The next communication we received was from your office - Revdex.com
Since we had offered Ms*** a day extension we needed to hear from her by the end of March or early April in order to provide her with return/refund instructions

Hi,
Yes they responded to me but with the same
Antics, what color is my hair ? How long did I use it ? When I called for a refund in march
Because the agent who conveniently doesn't
Work there any more didn't put in the notes I wanted to return the device they said I went past the time.they said she was nice enough
To give me more time....she convinced me to give it more time so they didn't have to give me a refund ! Apparently I was just looking
For someone to talk to that day (ridiculous )
And furthermore I owned it I wasn't renting it !
They're thieves and getting away with it !
