Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer, Case Number: ***Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriouslyBefore customers commit to our day free trial, our customers have to affirm and

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me, however I still think their promotional tactics are unethical and the clarity of their disclaimers are not readily available as they claim. I will wait for the business to perform this action which they have and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

Do not buy ANYTHING from this company!!!! They advertise a free 'Sample' but really what you do when you pay for the shipping of this free sample is authorize SkinRefine RX to charge your account around $every month for a 'subscription'My experience with this company is as follows:
1) I signed up for a free sample online and gave them my credit card number I authorized the shipping charge of around $
2) I received NO order confirmation despite giving them my email
3) I did not receive any form of communication from them, let alone a sample in the mail, until I saw a charge on my card today for $
4) I called the bank and said this must be a fraudulent charge and filed a claimThey researched it and said I had 'signed up for a subscription service and authorized a monthly charge of $89.00' I told them I had only authorized a shipping charge, and they said no, I had signed up for a subscription They gave me the number to call because it was out of their hands Their number is (866) 382-
5) I called and the first person I spoke to was named *** and her call ID ended in *** She had a very heavy Indian accent and spoke very fast, so I had a hard time understanding her She kept explaining to me that I HAD received the order and I had been given days to try it before getting charge the subscription I asked what I was subscribing to and they said a new bottle of the product every month I tried to explain I had never received this product, and had essentially forgotten about this order because I was waiting to receive it She tried to give me a tracking number but I explained that the tracking order would not do me any good because apparently my 'trial period' was up and I was no being charged for a product I didn't even get the opportunity to try I asked to speak to a supervisor with better English-speaking skills and she said she had to hang up on me in order to get my call escalated I asked to just be transferred and said she could not do that I was on the phone with her for minutes attempting to speak to a supervisor I finally hung up because clearly she was not allowed to hang up on me but she was no longer speaking to me I then waited a few minutes thinking that maybe a supervisor WOULD call me Nobody did, so I called back
The second person I talked to was named *** and his English was much, much better He read me a script that basically explained that they do not send out SAMPLES, that they send the full product out for us to try I explained that this was irrelevant to my issue because I had received NOTHING I asked why I hadn't received an email confirmation stating what I had been charged for and, unknowingly, signed up for I asked why I hadn't been emailed a tracking number so that I knew my order was on its way I asked why the only way I even knew my order had been successful was because I had received the charge on my card for the $ I asked why I wasn't able to speak to a supervisor, and he said because there weren't any there at the moment So it's apparently a call center in India with no one managing their employees I accused them of misleading their customers, and told *** that I was CERTAIN they got calls from frustrated customers like myself on a daily basis calling because they did NOT KNOW they had signed up for a subscription, and weren't even given a proper days to try a product that maybe they hadn't even received, like myself, before being charged the $ I said this is essentially fraud and they should be ashamed of themselvesHe said he'd be happy to have another shipment sent to me, and I said I wanted NOTHING to do with the company, because if they're products were indeed so 'amazing' then they wouldn't need to scam people into 'subscribing' to them I said that when I signed up I did NOT see anything other than $for a free SAMPLE or TRIAL - I can't remember the exact word, and that if they received calls with customers not realizing they were signing up to receive such an expensive product, that they should do a BETTER JOB making sure their customers knew what they were signing up for when they placed the order!!! All of a sudden he said - I'm on the line with the billing department and they said I can give you a 35% refund immediately.' I said - 35%?? I received nothing!! He said 'I'm on the line with the billing department right now and they said I can give you a 50% refund immediately.' I said 50% for something I didn't even authorize you to charge me for? And then he said 'I'm on the line with the billing department and they said I can give you 70% refund immediately.' I probably could have just kept going all the way up to 100% but by then I was SO FRUSTRATED with the game he was playing I agreed to 70% and he said it will take 5-days to get my refund I got off the phone realizing that I didn't have his ID number or refund confirmation, so I called back a 3rd time
The third person I spoke to confirmed that my account had 1) been escalated to a supervisor, 2) had been cancelled so no future charges would occur, and 3) that I had agreed to accept a 70% refund and that it would reflect in my balance in 5-business days I was so exhausted from this hour long ordeal that I just said thank you for confirming and he said I would receive an email confirmation (I'm not holding my breath) and we ended the call
DO not buy ANYTHING from this company If their products were so great they would sell themselves, and they wouldn't need to hire people in India to handle calls from frustrated, angry customers not happy that they are being charged for a product they didn't receive, or if they were lucky enough to actually get it, for the full cost of the product plus a monthly $charge from thereafter They are a scamThey may be not breaking any legal laws, but they are unethical and deceptive and you should let everyone you know who likes trying new beauty products to avoid this company like the plague I'm hoping I actually receive my 70% refund, but if I don't, they definitely will be hearing from me again

I ordered Ultracream and Rejuvinating Eye Cream from this company. They have a 14 day guarantee or money back. The product was supposed to be a 30 day supply. I used the products for a week and then called to cancel my subscription as I was seeing no result. I did continue to use the products and they only lasted for 2 1/2 weeks each. The company still charged me $85.97 for the eye cream and $89.97 for the face cream. I called them because I knew I had cancelled my subscription within the 14 days of using the product. I was told that they cancelled the subscription, but their 14 day money back guarantee begins when you order the product. It took 5 days for the product to get to me. I couldn't even use the product until day 5, leaving only 9 days left to cancel. I didn't get new products. Apparently, the charges were for the products I had already received. (There is no mention of product cost for your subscription.) I argued with them for quite awhile and was finally given half of my money back when I threatened to report them to the Revdex.com. The creams are absolutely worthless! They are charging you money for a worthless cream. They use Dr. Oz's recommendation to sell this product. I don't think he endorses the products at all. They use photos of movie stars before and after using the products. I believe these to be fake after using the products myself. I believe they are a fraudulent business.

Please do not do business with this company. I sent for a sample of Skin revitalizing cream for which I was to only pay shipping cost. I swear I did not read anywhere about calling within 15 days to cancel or would be charged the full price of $89.97. I definitely would not have sent for the sample if I had seen that, I know better! Well when I saw that I had a charge of $89.97 I called customer service, only to have someone I could barely understand, I knew then I was in trouble. He said they could not help me at all, he could not transfer me to a supervisor and told me to have a nice day!
