I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10970643, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below:I ordered on the 6th and my package arrived 12/2.  A label had not been created until 11/18.  It was finally brought to the post office on 11/27. That response is in no way correct.

Review: Ordered items from the site on 11/6. Order number is: [redacted] - did not receive any type of update or email until 11.18 when it stated that my order was shipped - tracking number: [redacted] USPS. This has never been updated. I have sent 7 emails and tried calling 2 customer service numbers and both were out of service. I have only received one email which stated that, "I do not know what happened but it has shipped I promise." I have not received the items and they were for birthday gift today. This is the worst customer service I have received in my entire life.Desired Settlement: I would like the items sent out as well as refunded.

Review: I placed an order with skipnwhistle 11/7/2015, they processed payment and it was removed from my account on 11/18. Their website says they ship within 2-3 days of receiving payment. I needed this item by 12/1, so on 11/24 I checked my email and had not recieved anything about shipping so I looked on their website for contact information. Only thing on there is email so I emailed them and sent a message online through my account with them. No response, later that day I recieved an email stating my status had changed and my package had shipped. I've checked the tracking number since all it says is that the USPS was notified to look for package. I email again on 11/30 and 12/1 no responses. I called the number listed on my email from them, wrong number.Desired Settlement: I would like contact from the business regarding my order. By now it's too late and I no longer want my shirt, I would like a refund for $30. It's ridiculous they will not contact you back and there's no correct phone number.

Review: I ordered a shirt with this company. I paid for it. Immediately they took the money off my card on December 7, 2013. I never received my order. I have emailed them many many times and no reply. They have no phone number in service. I looked up on the internet for any information and I locate the company and others that have ordered from them with the same problems and no one still has gotten a hold of me. Sent a letter to the hiring address shown and still no response. I want my money back. Today is December 26, 2013 and still no response or item. When you check the order it says shipped and a tracking number. But I called post office and they have nothing on this so they said it has not been mailed. Please inquire this company. I want my money back. A total grade on this company is "F".Desired Settlement: I want a total refund immediately and noted on Revdex.com but my refund I want the total including taxes, shipping. Basically, all my money back.
