I am so sorry our patients mother is not happyWe had some patients voice there concerns with our previous orthodontist in regards to his personality and chair side manor, Upon reviewing their concerns we felt it necessary to bring in a
replacement orthodontistI do have the past orthodontics information and assure our patients that his title was / is trueI do know that some cases take longer than most and each doctor has their own technique, I am sorry if her ortho case has been extended and please know that we will never add any extra fees to any of our treatments and her ortho account will never increase

Hello, After looking into this account I noticed that Mrs*** was seen in our office once on 8/14/The coupon
is still in her chart and clearly states, coupon is "non-applicable with exsiting patients, PPO insurance, Hoosier health and other discounts"Mrs*** also gave us her insurance informationBecause of the stipulations of our coupon Insurance was billed, Her insurance covered and a ppo adjustment was applied at Leaving a balance of to the patientThis was in and we sent years of statements, I have no document of any calls or response to our statements so unfortunately we had to turn this account to collectsWe at premier dental provide our patients with the best quality of care and I apologize for any miscommunicationWe strive to make our patients, past and present happyAt this time I have no problem writing off the amount of $and removing her from our collections department in hopes to put Mrs*** at easeHopefully that will resolve any ill will feelings she has against Premier Dental
