To my pleasant surprise, the tree stumps have now been removed as of 10/12/This action takes place three weeks after the promised deadline and after having received very little communication from the company during our waitMultiple phone
messages we left went unanswered and a second promised day/time to remove the stumps went unfulfilled due to the company being slow to respond in a morning until rain came in
While I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and unexpected delays, I am grateful that the company chose to complete the job they had been paid to perform in early September
I have no further complaint with this company
