Review: On September 3, 2013, I had gone to Skippers restaurant to order grilled fish with sides. I specifically said grilled. The cashier must have either not heard me correctly, or wasn't paying much attention, because I wound up with fried cod. Who orders cod when the standard fish for Skippers is Pollock? I never ordered Cod to begin with. Anyway, The manager, who also is the cook of the specific location, [redacted], proceeded to tell me to "just drive on if you don't want the order". I returned to Skippers a little bit later after "just driving on", and remained calm in a matter that I would have hoped turned out better than it did. I told him that the order was incorrect, which he said that he heard everything on the back speaker. He then proceeded to say if you want grilled, you'll have to make another order to which I was looking at paying around $10.00 lol. He was not even going to allow me to just order grilled at that. He wanted me to pay for a whole nother order of sides as well. After this scenario, I refused and asked for a refund. In his eyes, there was no way I was going to receive it. He refused to refund my money. He stated after I asked, that "I think we're done here for today". I said I don't believe this is right, and it is unfair. He simply kept saying Ok, Ok. I am very angry with this service and customers deserve better from a business. If they are not happy, there is no way that the business can hold that against you. Needless to say, I am now banned from the restaurant and am so glad because they would never even get my money from that moment on! Steer clear of Coeur D Alene, ID Skippers on [redacted]!Desired Settlement: I would like my $8.35 returned to me as this matter was unprofessional on the manager's behalf. I remained calmed until he refused to refund my money as a result of my unhappiness with the incorrect order that was placed.
