Not only do they never inlude forks or spoons which is absolutely ridiculous but they also just made it mandatory to tipService is terrible, *** forced fees, and food arrives cold most of the time

I have been arguing with this business for over an hourI didnt get what I payed for so I asked for a refund and they told me no*** there's nothing I can do about itDo not use this serviceI ordered imos instead try that

I placed a order with Skip the Dishes Last night at promptly pm They gave me the delivery time of 8-- 8: Which is understandable due to the weather this week I expected a slight delay in the order Given the hour and a half time frame, I expected my order to be on my door at that time 8:come around and I have not heard any updates from Skip the Dishes, or they have not answered my messages on direct chat, nor the phone- which I had waited on the line for minutes, no response Bringing myself to call the restaurant directly to see if they have any update from skip the dishes themselves, because I haven't on my end To my surprise they told me that my food had been prepared and ready since 8pm for their scheduled pickup Which makes sense, with delivery time to arrive at mine by 8:- 8: Given the current time of 8:40, my food has then been sitting on the counter for minutes waiting for it to be picked up by the delivery driver from Skip the Dishes As my disappointment with this company, skip the dishes, themselves grew Now we are getting up to a hour time frame of waiting to hear any update from them I now called a different line, having to go under a restaurant line to get anyone to pick up on their end Then being told by management, Kyle, saying that he is not responsible for the time frame, with the food being prepared before the driver was scheduled to be there This conversation is now taking place at pm Reminder, I originally placed my order at 7pm He then goes forward and expresses no concern what so ever for my level of dissatisfaction with his company To continue to tell me, it is not in the companies policies to supply a refund directly to myself, as I have already prepaid He said he was going to phone the restaurant and call me back With no phone call back, I attempted to phone Kyle back again, with no response
At the end of the day I am extremely dissatisfied with all the 'service' that I have received last night
At the very LEAST they could have covered half of my bill, if not the full thing
I would never recommend this company to anyone, as for when they do have a situation happen, they do not know how to handle it making the customer feel extremely un satisfied with their service

This company was terrible, they were an hour late - causing me to miss my lunch break and dip into my work shift - I got promises from the feedback people online then was blocked by them when I indicated that I did not want my order due to the fact I had missed to much work waiting for the food

my family and I have been using skip the dishes since it was introduced after mobile maitre d, and over the years it has become our only means to order from our favourite restaurants seeing as our home is located in an area that has very little to offer for quality food We regularly order *** *** and *** but until recently we can no longer order from these restaurants based on our postal code We have no other reason to continue to use skip anymore and are very very disappointed

I complained to Skip the Dishes regarding an order yesterday evening and the previous order we had had with *** where the food was barely lukewarm, so salty it was inedible, Pepsi was brought instead of Coke, they forgot half of our order and then brought the rest over an hour laterI indicated to Skip the Dishes I expected a full refund of the order to my credit card as this was the second order in a row from this restaurant that was poor, and the previous order the manager did not even answer our phone calls *** *** hours later and following up myself, all that was offered was a $credit to future Skip the Dishes orderWell I then complained this was unsatisfactory, and was *** ignored by the manager "BLAKE", and staff "Prachi"What happens when you dine IN an establishment and you have an issue with food? It is taken off your bill*** *** *** *** *** ** *** Skip The Dishes does not stand behind their product or the restaurants they sign on and represent*** ***

The idea of the company is great, having the ability to order so many different cuisines and have it delivered right to your door. HOWEVER, they have THE worst Customer Service I have ever come in contact with and their drivers have no idea how to navigate the city. The amount of times I have watched the courier drive around on the little map doing circles around my block for 10 minutes before I contact their "customer support" and get them to have the courier to contact me is absolutely ridiculous. If you have even the slightest bit of short patience/temper do not order from here because it will drive you up the wall. They need to have a better business plan in place as well as training for their employees.

The new GPS tracking system allows customers other than yourself to see where the driver is, including when they are parked at your house. Good service but privacy violation will prevent me from utilizing it.

The first time I used Skip the Dishes it was fine. The second time it was awful. The delivery guy sat outside my house playing on his phone for five or ten minutes before even getting out of the car to look for my house. I certainly didn't want to approach the car because I couldn't be sure it even was the delivery guy, since there's no signage on the car. Then, when he finally walked up I said, after handing him a $4 tip for my $20 order, "So you were sitting there for a while." He said, hostilely, "So?" and looked like he was going to go off." I'm a woman and no one else was home right then, so I just said goodbye softly and turned to go back in. Then he started yelling, said,"Hey you want one of your dollars back?" and then started gesturing down the street angrily. When I got in my food was complexly cold. And I'd lost my appetite, because the dude actually scared me. Do they require background checks for this job? I will never, ever use them again.

Ordered, Loved it. Great service, they went above and beyond to make me happy. Would recommend to others.

My food arrived. The guy had to run to the 711 with my money to get change as I waited 20 mins, when I said I would be paying cash. I "chatted" with the website to explain the second time this has happened in a row and the guy was kind enough to make a memo no one will read. Would never recommend to friends or enemies
