Skipton & Associates helped me get a new roof on my home in 2011, I have had bad experiences with insurance companies in the past and was very nervous to submit the claim and have to deal with the insurance company on a topic that I knew next to nothing about (roofing) The service experience with Skipton was top notch throughout the process and Justin was always available to answer my questions and concerns Thankfully I have not had the need for their services since then, but wanted to note that when a storm ravaged my home town in rural southern Arizona last year, I had no hesitation in recommending Skipton to family and friends for both residential and commercial claims and will continue recommending them

We hired Skipton To represent us after a devastating lossThe way Dave and Justin preformed for our claim was very professional They have a great attention to detailIn our case the insurance company threw everything at us and Dave and Justin were unfazed by it and they prevailed every step of the way
I would say to anyone that has a covered loss that it is highly unlikely that they alone would be able to handle the claim as well as Skipton has for usI would also say that the amount of time, resources, and attorneys the insurance company has to find ways to cut their losses seems infiniteIn our case Skipton saved us far more money than their feeIn the first few weeks alone they saved us more money than their entire feeI know there are other companies out there that do the same thing, but I am sure you can not find a better group of professionals to handle your claim than Skipton

I can’t say enough about the level of service Justin S*** and his team at S*** & Associates are able to provide On two separate occasions, they were able to assist my family in getting me substantially higher claims paid out over what my insurance company had offered In one instance, we came home from a vacation to a nightmare that occurred when a connection on our washing machine broke and flooded our newly remodeled downstairs Justin went over our policy and broke down the recent upgrades line by line ensuring we were accurately reimbursed and able to repair our home to the level it was before the incident Another time, we had what we thought was severe roof damage from a monsoon storm Our insurance companies people looked at the roof and assessed mostly surface damages We again consulted Justin and he had one of his guys come out and look at the roof, actually going up on it!, but also examined the attic area thoroughly documenting everything Again they were able to negotiate to my benefit, allowing us to repair the roof correctly not just the most expedient way

He was told up front what the hotel cost were but NEVER got it approved in advance. All of there sub contractors will bleed ever dime for there own benefit and [redacted]'s.

“It was late on a Friday afternoon when I discovered water leaking out from under my kitchen cabinets. I immediately contacted a plumber who was unable to find the leak. He called a dry out company who advised that they need to pull the cabinets and granite counters out of my house. We would like to say, Abram E[redacted], a Skipton and Associates employee who did the impossible, He took our family under his wings, and he had compassion, and added comfort in, understanding in what we were going through. He had to coordinate meetings with our large family (Dad, Mom, 5 children ages 7yrs -26yrs) two in collage, one with autism. we moved out of our damaged home, then to a hotel, then a rental home during the holidays, and back to our under construction home. “My home was devastated by a huge storm in the fall of 2014. I own a local insurance brokerage and I refer Skipton to all of my clients who have home claims. Their experience and arsenal of knowledge makes them worth their weight in gold when having a home claim. Most people don't realize when you file a claim you are working with someone who represents the insurance company, not you. Their loyalty is with the insurance company. That's why it is so important to have Skipton represent you when having a home loss. They know how to deal with insurance companies and they know how to make sure their clients get exactly what they are entitled to. You would be doing yourself a disservice by not using Skipton Claims Management. “Our investment property was struck by lightning and sustained heavy damage from fire, smoke and water throughout the home. The team of professionals at Skipton Claims Management worked diligently to assess all damages and also explained my policy’s options so that we could make the best choices as the claim process progressed. One example (of many) how Skipton’s team proved their worth is that my insurance company initially offered payment to replace all wall and ceiling coverings with drywall. However, Skipton pointed out the fact that the wall and ceiling coverings were actually composed of plaster, not drywall, which is much more costly to replace.
