owner tattoo artist. Had a deal or selling hours of his time on his work. I purchased 4 certificates at 100 a piece for 3 and a half hours each. This happened in August of 2018. I have made 4 appointments with him to have them all cancelled and rescheduled. But this last Monday the 21st of January he did it again and told me he would repay me but he did not. And is not answering my phone calls or text.

I talked to Mr *** today. And he said it was a miss understanding with PayPal and he has changed his number. But he refunded my money
