Typically we send a series of statements to a patient after insurance pays
The problem with this account was the payment from Anthem that paid the account in full was taken back by Anthem on 4-18-and was repaid by Anthem on the same day
We were in the process of switching contractual systems (PCON to PIC) and it was not working properlyWe tried to catch all accounts to adjust the contractual amounts but this one was not caughtThe other problem with this account is coding does not feel it was paid correctly by Anthem so they have recoded the account just recently and it has been rebilled to Anthem
