Skoot

I have used Skoot for a long time, but recently they have been getting worse with their time keeping On June 30th, it was the crowning point of a service that is going downhill I had a pick up time of 17:at the Courtyard Marriott in Downtown Detroit to go to the Airport At 15:(Around two hours before pick up time) I was called and asked if I could switch to the 16:ride, (at minutes before pick up time) Well I was in the office and I had meetings planned I could not avoid so I could not change So I get a second call at 17:(minutes before my scheduled pick up time) to say they cannot pick me up and they would refund my fare I had a flight to catch and now my transport was cancelled The person on the phone was nice but would not give me an explanation, I asked to speak to the manager The manager called me back at 17:12, was rude and told me to get a taxi from outside the Courtyard Marriott, guess what the taxi rank was empty and the concierge could not get me a taxi for over minutes Now I was stuck after a very bad experience with Skoot I tried Uber, guess what for some reason the web site was not working and I could not get a ride I went back to my office and someone who was leaving offered to give me a ride to Detroit Airport, which was at least miles out of their wayTHANKS SKOOT you have finally won the bad van service award from me

I had a pick up time of 17:36 at the Courtyard Marriott in Downtown Detroit to go to the Airport. At 15:40 (Around two hours before pick up time) I was called and asked if I could switch to the 16:06 ride, (at 26 minutes before pick up time). Well I was in the office and I had meetings planned I could not avoid so I could not change. So I get a second call at 17:06 (30 minutes before my scheduled pick up time) to say they cannot pick me up and they would refund my fare. I had a flight to catch and now my transport was cancelled.
