Ms*** moved from one apartment to another at Library Place. Before this occurred, our management team explained that she would be responsible for any damage to her former apartment beyond wear and tear upon move out. Ms*** disputed the charges for repairs, for which we have
invoices. She also refused to pay her rent. Ms*** demanded that our assistant manager, Shyanne S***, be removed from all future dealings related to her. We explained that it was impossible to accommodate her request as MsS*** is an integral part of our team in responding to all business and operational matters at our apartment community.Ultimately, Ms***'s mother paid the outstanding rent for her and the outstanding charges for repairs were resolved

I am rejecting this response because:I did not refuse to pay rent. Library place staff is a bunch of liars! Every word that comes out of Shyanns mouth is false or a lie!!!!
