Sks continues to lie about whether I put the code in the comments section when the order was placed. Therefore I am not completely satisfied with the outcome and will not do business with this company again.

To Whom It May Concern:
We at SKS take complaints about our business very seriously. We have reviewed complaint
#[redacted] from our customer and detai ls on our review of this complaint follow.
The individual who filed this complaint is not an SKS Bottle & Packaging customer. Our
customer,...

[redacted], placed an order on our website and entered in their shipping address. From
what we understand, [redacted] no longer resides at this address. When Mr. [redacted] contacted us to
let us know that the packages were at his residence, we contact [redacted] informed our
customer service representative, [redacted], that he would go get the packages from Mr. [redacted].
[redacted] then advised Mr. [redacted] that [redacted] would pick these items up, and Mr. [redacted]
indicated at that point that [redacted] was not allowed on the property. [redacted] told Mr. [redacted]
that if [redacted] wasn't allowed on the property, then she would suggest contacting the local
authorities as Mr. [redacted] had indicated they were already involved. She also advised Mr. [redacted]
that if he did not want [redacted] to pick the packages up, that he should dispose of the packages.
Mr. [redacted] contacted the Revdex.com after our business had closed on 10/29, before
[redacted] was able to respond to his email regarding the issue. She responded to him first thing
in the morning on 10/30. I have included a copy of the emails between Mr. [redacted] and [redacted].

enclosed documents. He ttien canceled his orderalmost immediately through our website stating he forgot to use the code. This is shown on page2 of the enclosed documents. He emailed our customer service department and was told thatsince he was unable to use the coupon code again, if he put a note on his order when he placedit, we would issue the $10 credit. As shown on page 3 of the enclosed documents, the customerdid not make any notes about this aedit, and Uiis is why he did not receive the discount.As a show of good faith, SKS Bottle and Padoging will be issuing our customer a $10 credit backto the method of payment used for this order.If you have any questions about Complaint #[redacted] or need any further documentation, pleasedo not hesitate to contact me personally.
