To Whom It May Concern: We at SKS take complaints about our business very seriouslyWe have reviewed complaint # [redacted] from our customer and detai ls on our review of this complaint follow The individual who filed this complaint is not an SKS Bottle & Packaging customerOur customer, [redacted] , placed an order on our website and entered in their shipping addressFrom what we understand, [redacted] no longer resides at this addressWhen Mr [redacted] contacted us to let us know that the packages were at his residence, we contact [redacted] [redacted] informed our customer service representative, [redacted] , that he would go get the packages from Mr [redacted] [redacted] then advised Mr [redacted] that [redacted] would pick these items up, and Mr [redacted] indicated at that point that [redacted] was not allowed on the property [redacted] told Mr [redacted] that if [redacted] wasn't allowed on the property, then she would suggest contacting the local authorities as Mr [redacted] had indicated they were already involvedShe also advised Mr [redacted] that if he did not want [redacted] to pick the packages up, that he should dispose of the packages Mr [redacted] contacted the Revdex.com after our business had closed on 10/29, before [redacted] was able to respond to his email regarding the issueShe responded to him first thing in the morning on 10/I have included a copy of the emails between Mr [redacted] and [redacted] If you have any questions about Complaint # [redacted] or need any further documentation, please do not hesitate to contact me personallyI can be reached at ###-###-#### Ext.*** Thank you for your attention to this matter Best Regards, [redacted] Inside Sales Manager
