as the business understands; There were two arcade games that were played, *** ** *** and ** *** ***, both games cost a quarter to playIn both instances a Manager was called to assist the customer in the game roomUpon the Manager looking into both neither game displayed the tickets that were owed according to the display on the gamesAt no time did the Manager call the customer a liar, she was simply trying to explain that the tickets are not paid out unless the machine records a winThe customer was irate about the manager's response the manager tried to apologize and did offer to return the money in both cases which was refused by the customerAfter the second problem with the ** *** *** the customer stated don't worry I have gone to the Revdex.com and stated that she was a Registered Nurse and hoped that the manager never needed her assistanceThe Manager again apologized and the customer left the premises.
