This is a poorly run business who had over £100 of my money only sent one item, they acknowledged the problem and assured me it would be sorted (A YEAR AGO) haven't sent it and haven't the decency to reply to any of my e mails. Im in the UK and would NOT recommend anyone to buy from this company. They advertise through F* to beware their adverts there are many other companies to get similar goods from. A complete SHAM
I have 2 outstanding orders, I have wrote numerous times and no response, I am so disappointed with this company my anger is beyond words, I ordered my stuff for two concerts, one of them was out side, both coming up this weekend, I sent Jason a couple of E-mails, I thought for sure I would here something from him this time... and you know what really makes me mad is that on 2 different occasions I got 2 e-mails (not about my outstanding orders that haven't been sent to me) but Jason and another one of his team members wanted me to close out my cart, I thought you got your nerve... you haven't sent me the skull purse I paid for yet, I even told them that I wanted my money back for my Skull purse and sun glasses, they won't even do that... Like I said, I am so very Disappointed...
Great product. Wasn't sure what was going on re the delivery of my package as it seemed a bit continued on the postal tracking service, Jason was very helpful, reassuring and always very quick to respond.
I attempted to contact the company in hopes of getting a different style shirt. That was more than I expected as I thought I was out of luck because it was custom. What great customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone!
I had a couple questions as far as shipping information went, so I sent an email for assistance! I got very helpful assistance from team member Jason And all of my questions were answered in a timely fashion! I'm very excited to receive my shirt in a couple of days!
This company is great! I had accidentally messed up my order and in less than a day it was fixed. I've ordered several shirts from here and I will definitely continue to order from here. jason, you rock sir, thank you so much for your patience with me and for all your help.
As I ordered my top I put the wrong postcode/zip code in by mistake, and started to worry that I might not be able to sort it, however I emailed the team explaining the situation and they was very helpful and understanding and sorted all the information out for me, I would highly recommend purchasing from this company, and I will be using then again.
I want to say that Jason has been a great help. He really helps, understand how this site works and gave me the information I was looking for. I order off of other sites like this but something was different that Jason clarified for me. So far I like this site and will use it again!
A little glitch on the shipping USPS messed up, contacted customer service. Jason got everything handled and now I am a happy customer. Shirts came out looking great. Better than the picture showed.
I recommend everyone get something from this site! I accidentally ordered the wrong size shirt and emailed them, they emailed right back and got my order corrected for me! Thank you for all your help!
