Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. If we do not hear about an issue, we cannot address it and work to improve our customer service.Our company uses a Flat Rate Pricing guide. An essential part of Flat Rate Pricing is diagnosing the problem(s) and quoting the repair
price to the customer before any repairs are made. We apologize if this was not done.In diagnosing the initial service call for “no heat” we found two problems; the aquastat was not working and two (2) thermostats were not working We replaced the aquastat and checked the boiler operation by “jumping out” or bypassing the faulty thermostats(Service Invoice# 100630) After the two (2) thermostats were replaced (by owner), the heat still did not operate correctly through the thermostats. Only after the thermostats were replaced was it evident that there was a short in the thermostat wire and thermostat subbase (Service Invoice# 100643).We do apologize that we failed to provide the level of service that you should expect from our company. We will credit your account in the amount of $(Service Invoice# 100643)
